The Sadău River is a left tributary of the Suceava River. [1] Its source is located in Ukraine. The river then crosses the border into Romania, joining the Suceava River near the village of Sadău.
A tributary or affluent is a stream or river that flows into a larger stream or main stem river or a lake. A tributary does not flow directly into a sea or ocean. Tributaries and the main stem river drain the surrounding drainage basin of its surface water and groundwater, leading the water out into an ocean.
The Suceava is a river located in the north-east of Romania and western Ukraine. It is a right tributary of the river Siret.
