Sadguru Riteshwar Ji Maharaj is an Indian spiritual leader, motivational speaker and author. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Sadguru has spoken at cultural festivals such as the Radha Madhav Mahotsav and Guru Purnima Mahotsav held annually across various countries including India, Nepal, Scotland, South Africa, Australia, and Canada. [5] [6] [7] [8]

Sadguru established Shri Anandam Dham as an international educational non-profit organization in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. [9] Branches of the organization operate in the capital cities of each state in India. The organization runs an environmentalist 'Save water, Save tree, Save future' campaign in India. The organization also runs numerous youth programs tackling drug and alcohol addiction in India. [10] [11] [12]

Sadguru also runs Ladli Prasadam, a free food centre, in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. [ citation needed ]

Hariram Vyas was a 16th-17th century spiritual poet, classical musician and saint belonging to the Radha Vallabh Sampradaya. Radhavallabha is a Vaishnava denomination which began with the Vaishnava theologian Hith Harivansh Mahaprabhu. Hariram Vyas together with Hith Harivansh Mahaprabhu and Swami Haridas are known as Haritraya. He is considered to be an incarnation or descension of Vishakha Sakhi who is considered to be the foremost sakhi of Radharani. He is credited with a large body of devotional compositions, especially in the Dhrupad style. His work influenced both the classical music and the Bhakti movements of North India, especially those devoted to Krishna's consort Radha. As a poet he is credited for bringing development of Krshna-Bhakti literature to light in the pages of Indian history. Rupa Goswami, Sanatana Goswami, Mahaprabhu Vallabhacharya, Vitthalnath (Gusainji), and Chaitanya Mahaprabhu were his contemporaries.

Hathiram Bhavaji or Hathiram Baba or Hathiram Bairagi was a saint from Raipur Dalpatpur Uparhar, Maya, Ayodhya who visited Tirumala around 1500 CE on a pilgrimage and became a devotee of Lord Venkateswara. He settled there by setting up an ashram near the temple. According to a legend, he had the privilege of playing dice with Venkateswara.

In 1985, Shri Paramhans Swami Ramanand Satyarthi Ji Maharaj anointed him as his spiritual successor and the patron saint of the Paramhans Satyarthi Mission. Swami Keshwanand Satyarthi Ji Maharaj travelled around the world and preached about spirituality and enlightenment. Krishnadas Payahari, also known as Payahari Baba was a Ramanandi Hindu saint and disciple of Bhakt Anantananda, one of the twelve disciple of Bhakta Ramanandacharya ji. Krishnadas Payohari was the founder and first Mahant of Gaddi of Galtaji dham, Jaipur. He came to Galta early in the 16th century. He was the Guru of Prithvi Singh, ruler of Amber (Jaipur) and his wife Apurva Devi. He was also guru of Raja Jagat Singh of Kullu.

On 15 February 2023, 25-year-old Nasir and 35 Year old Junaid were allegedly kidnapped by Bajrang Dal members who are known as Gau Rakshak on suspicion of cow smuggling in Nuh district of Haryana, India. They were brutally beaten, then put in a car and burnt alive. They died hand in hand on the spot. The incident came to light after photos of the lynching went viral on the social media. The police investigating the case later dropped murder charges against the accused Bajrang Dal members. Nasir and Junaid belonged to Ghatmika village of Bharatpur district of Rajasthan.

Swami Avdheshanand Giri is an Indian Hindu spiritual guru, saint, writer and philosopher. He is the current Mahamandaleshwar of Juna Akhara and is the first person of the Akhara. Hence, he leads the whole Akhara. Juna Akhara is the largest and most ancient Akhara for Naga Sadhus in India. Swami Avdheshanand Giri has initiated about one million Naga Sadhus and is their first Guru. His Ashram is situated at Kankhal, Haridwar. Swami Ji is the President of Hindu Dharm Acharya Sabha and also a board member of the World Council of Religious Leaders.
