Saffold is an unincorporated community in Early County, Georgia, United States. [1] Its western boundary is the Chattahoochee River also bordering Gordon, Alabama. U.S. Route 84 and SR 370 pass through the community. It is located 20 miles south of Blakely, 21 miles southeast of Dothan, Alabama, five miles south of the Georgia-Pacific Cedar Springs Operations, and two miles northwest of Jakin.
Early County is a county located on the southwest border of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 11,008. The county seat is Blakely, where the Early County Courthouse is located. Created on December 15, 1818, it was named for Peter Early, 28th Governor of Georgia. The county is bordered on the west by the Chattahoochee River, forming the border with Alabama.

Gordon is a town in Houston County, Alabama, United States. It was incorporated in February 1872. It is part of the Dothan, Alabama Metropolitan Statistical Area. At the 2010 census the population was 332, down from 408 in 2000.

The highway's eastern terminus is a short distance east of Midway, Georgia, at an interchange with Interstate 95. The road continues toward the nearby Atlantic Ocean as a county road. Its western terminus is in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, at an intersection with U.S. 160.
The Walter F. George Lake, named for Walter F. George (1878–1957), a United States Senator from Georgia, is formed on the Chattahoochee River along the state line between Alabama and Georgia. It is also widely known by the name, Lake Eufaula — particularly in Alabama, where the state legislature passed a resolution on June 25, 1963, to give the lake that name. The 46,000-acre lake extends north about 85 miles (140 km) from the Walter F. George Lock and Dam and has approximately 640 miles (1,030 km) of shoreline. Popular activities along the lake include camping and trophy fishing.

Highway 316 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 16 near Clavet to Highway 5. Highway 316 is about 17 km (11 mi.) long. This area is an industrial commercial area along Highway #316 which extends from Clavet north to the PCS Patience Lake Mine which is just 10 miles from the city of Saskatoon. Highway 316 is a primary weight highway, and also runs near the Canadian National Railway line which goes from Saskatoon through Clavet. In 1941, the Canadian Pacific Railway ran from Saskatoon through Cheviot and on south eastward.
The Tl'etinqox-t'in Government Office is a First Nations government located in the Chilcotin District in the western Central Interior region of the Canadian province of British Columbia. Governing a reserve communities near Alexis Creek known as Anaham Reserve First Nations or Anaham, it is a member of the Tsilhqot'in Tribal Council aka known as the Tsilhqot'in National Government. The main reserve is officially known as Anahim's Flat No. 1, and is more commonly as Anaham. Other reserves are Anahim's Meadow No. 2 and 2A, and Anahim Indian Reserves Nos. 3 through 18. Anaham, or Anahim and Alexis were chiefs of the Tsilhqot'in during the Chilcotin War of 1864, although they and their people did not take part in the hostilities.
