Sai Dhanshika is an Indian actress who predominantly appears in Tamil cinema and done few Telugu films. she has won two Filmfare Award South in her career.
She starred in several films including Peranmai (2009), [3] Maanja Velu (2010) [4] and Nil Gavani Sellathey (2010). [5] Regarding her role in Nil Gavani Sellathey, a reviewer stated that "Among the relatively fresh cast, only Dhansika (Maanja Velu, Peraanmai) makes an impression". [5] She starred as the heroine in Aravaan (2012) and Paradesi . [6] [7] She garnered acclaim for her performance in the latter with a critic noting that "Dhansikaa is as good as ever". [7] [8] Her next film Ya Ya released to negative reviews. [9] Thiranthidu Seese (2015) released to positive reviews with a critic stating that "A ravishing Dhanshika plays Charmi with elan". Ghilli ( transl. Gutsy) is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language sports action film directed by Dharani and produced by A. M. Rathnam. It is a remake of the Telugu film Okkadu (2003), written and directed by Gunasekhar, with few changes made to the story. The film stars Vijay in the lead role, alongside Trisha and Prakash Raj. Ashish Vidyarthi, Dhamu, Mayilsamy, Janaki Sabesh, Nancy Jennifer, Nagendra Prasad, Ponnambalam and Pandu play supporting roles. The film is about a Kabaddi player, who goes to Madurai to participate in an exhibition match, but instead rescues a woman from a gang leader, who wants to marry her.

Kaali is a 1980 Indian action film written by Mahendran and directed by I. V. Sasi. Produced by Hem-Nag, the film stars Rajinikanth, Seema, Fatafat Jayalaxmi and Shubha. The film was simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu languages, with Chiranjeevi replacing Vijayakumar in Telugu. The cinematography was handled by Ashok Kumar and soundtrack was composed by Ilaiyaraaja. Kaali ran for less than 50 days in Chennai and was considered a box office failure in both Tamil and Telugu. The film is infamous for a fire accident which caused the deaths of some stuntmen and horses.

Paradesi (transl. Vagabond) is a 2013 Indian Tamil-language period drama film written and directed by Bala starring Atharvaa, Vedhika, and Dhansika. The film's music was scored by G. V. Prakash Kumar. The film was based on the novel Eriyum Panikadu, a Tamil translation of the 1969 English novel Red Tea by Paul Harris Daniel and inspired by real-life incidents that took place before independence in the 1930s. It was released on 15 March 2013. The dubbed version of Telugu was released under the same name. The film opened to highly positive reviews with critics mainly praising the performances of the cast and the direction of Bala. The movie was an average grosser at the box office
