The Laser competition at the 2020 Summer Olympics was the men's one-person dinghy event and was held in Enoshima, Japan, from 25 July to 1 August 2021. [1] 35 sailors from 35 nations competed in 11 races, including one medal-race where points were doubled. [2] [3] The land venue was Enoshima Yacht Harbour and races were held on Sagami Bay. [1]

Medals were presented by IOC Member for Cuba Mrs María Caridad Colón and World Sailing chief executive officer David Graham.

    Sailing competitions at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo took place from 25 July to 4 August 2021 at the Enoshima Yacht Harbor in Enoshima. Due to low winds, race 10 was cancelled.
