Saint Catherine Eastern is a parliamentary constituency represented in the Parliament of Jamaica. It elects one Member of Parliament by the first past the post system of election. The constituency covers the eastern part of Saint Catherine Parish. It has been represented by Denise Daley of the PNP since 2012. [1]

He joined the Jamaica Labour Party in 1995 and first contested St. Andrew North Eastern seat in 1997, an election in which he was victorious. He has held his seat ever since and won his fifth term in Parliament in 2016.
