Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy had a PIAA District 6, Class A football team. [4] As of July 2018, this football team was suspended. [5]
St. Joseph's currently has a variety of sports teams: soccer, basketball, indoor and outdoor track and field, volleyball, golf, cross country, and baseball. [6] SJCA competes in PIAA District 6 Class A, with the exception of track and field, which competes in class AA. Starting in the 2022-2023 school year, they will join the Tri-Valley Athletic Association.
The St. Joseph's girls cross country team has won the Class A PIAA State Cross Country Championship three times: in 2016, 2017, and 2019. [7] Their boys' soccer team won the District 6 A Championship in 2021. [8]

St. Joseph's Preparatory School, known as "St. Joe’s Prep" or simply "The Prep", is an urban, private, Catholic, college preparatory school run by the Society of Jesus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The school was founded in 1851 from the Old St. Joseph's Church in the city's Society Hill neighborhood. The school moved to its current campus on Girard Avenue in the 1870s with the construction of the Church of the Gesu.
North Allegheny Senior High School (NASH) is a suburban high school in the North Allegheny School District and is located in Wexford, Pennsylvania, a northern suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The current building was built in 1974. In 2013, enrollment was 1,277 pupils in grades 11th and 12th, with 3% of pupils from a low income home. In 2013, North Allegheny Senior High School employed 98 teachers. The feeder school is North Allegheny Intermediate High School which provides grades 9th and 10th.

Archbishop Wood Catholic High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The school was founded in 1964 in Warminster Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
