Samantha Jo Elliott (born May 28, 2001) is an American beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Illinois USA 2023. She represented the United States at Miss Cosmo 2024 held in Vietnam and finished in the Top 5. She previously represented Illinois and entered the Top 20 of Miss USA 2023.

Early life and career

Samantha Jo Elliott is an American federal auditor and beauty queen from Freeport, Stephenson County, Illinois, United States. Aside from Freeport, Elliott has lived in other parts of Illinois including Dakota. She grew up on a goat and horse farm in Freeport. She is an alumna of the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, and The University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

An advocate for financial literacy, Elliott has partnered with various schools, colleges and non-profits like RAMP to bring financial literacy workshops and resources to people of all backgrounds.

Miss Teen USA is a beauty pageant that has been run since 1983 by the Miss Universe Organization for girls aged 14–19 years old as of January 1st of the competition year.
