San Yu Htwe (born 14 October 1986 [1] ) is a Burmese recurve archer from Mindat. [2] She competed in the archery competition at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, where she ranked at #51 in the ranking round. She defeated Taru Kuoppa in the first round and Mackenzie Brown in the second round but lost to the then current Olympic Champion Ki Bo-bae in the third round. [3] [4] [5] She said that she felt too excited to be competing against the current Olympic Champion that her performance was not as good as she hoped. [6]

Taru Kuoppa is a Finnish competitive archer. A member of the Finnish elite archery team since 2013, Kuoppa came close to her maiden podium triumph in the international scene, finishing fourth with her partner Antti Tekoniemi in the mixed team recurve at the 2014 European Championships in Yerevan, Armenia. Kuoppa currently trains at Lahden Vasama Archery Club in Lahti, under the tutelage of her coach Perttu Ronkanen.

Bhutan competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, which was held from 5 to 21 August, 2016. The country's participation in Rio de Janeiro marked its ninth appearance in the Summer Olympics since its début at the 1984 Summer Olympics. The delegation included two female athletes, Karma in the women's individual archery tournament and Kunzang Lenchu in the women's 10 metre air rifle shooting contest. Both qualified for the Games through wildcard places because they did not match the required qualification standards. Karma was selected as the flag bearer for the opening ceremony while Lenchu held it at the closing ceremony. Karma was eliminated at the Round of 64 while Lenchu exited the competition after the shooting qualification round.

Too Too was a Burmese Lethwei fighter who competed in World Lethwei Championship. He was the former WLC Middleweight World champion and was undefeated under traditional Lethwei rules, holding the 75 kg Lethwei Golden Belt since 2015 until his death in 2023, while in captivity by the Tatmadaw. He also competed in a Lethwei superfight at Kunlun Fight 25 in Slovakia.

Alexandra Longová is a Slovak competitive archer. Longová made her debut on the Slovak national team at the age of ten, and eventually competed in numerous international archery tournaments, spanning the 2015 European Games, the 2016 Summer Olympics, and European Championships. Longová currently trains under the tutelage of head coach Matej Miskovsky for the Slovak squad, while shooting at Blue Arrows archery range in her native Bratislava.

Cyrus Washington is an American kickboxer, Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Lethwei fighter. He is former WKA, WMF, WKBF and PK-1 Muay Thai World Champion, as well as former WBC Muaythai USA Champion, WMC and Lumpinee Stadium title contender. In 2012, he competed in the Emmy nominated Thailand VS Challenger TV Series. Washington received worldwide attention for being one of the first successful foreigners to compete in Lethwei in Myanmar.

Thway Thit Win Hlaing is a Burmese Lethwei fighter and current openweight Lethwei world Champion. He is known as counter fighter relying on counters rather than straight offence.
