4 Non Blondes was an American rock band from San Francisco, active from 1989 to 1994. Their only album, Bigger, Better, Faster, More!, spent 59 weeks on the Billboard 200 and sold 1.5 million copies between 1992 and 1994. They hit the charts in 1993 with the release of the album's second single, "What's Up?".

Original Soundtracks 1 is a studio album recorded by rock band U2 and Brian Eno under the pseudonym Passengers as a side project. Released on 6 November 1995, the album is a collection of songs written for mostly imaginary films. Owing to Eno's involvement as a full songwriting partner and the album's experimental nature, the moniker "Passengers" was chosen to distinguish it from U2's conventional albums. It was commercially unnoticed by the band's standards and received generally mixed reviews. From April 2002, Blasko developed her solo career after fronting Sydney-based band, Acquiesce, between the mid-1990s and 2001. She had performed under her then married name, Sarah Semmens, and, after leaving Acquiesce, as Sorija in a briefly existing duo of that name. As a solo artist Blasko has released six studio albums, The Overture & the Underscore, What the Sea Wants, the Sea Will Have – which peaked at No. 7 on the ARIA Albums Chart, As Day Follows Night – which reached No. 5, I Awake – which made No. 9, Eternal Return, and Depth of Field.
Iris Kroes is a Dutch singer-songwriter and harpist. She was the winner of the second season of the television program The Voice of Holland on January 20, 2012, making her the second female contestant worldwide to win the show after Steliyana Khristova, who won the Bulgarian version of the show.
We Are the Others is the third studio album by Dutch symphonic metal band Delain. It was released in the Benelux and Germany on 1 June 2012 and in the United Kingdom and France on 4 June by CNR Music, who took over Delain when Warner Music refused to release We Are the Others. The album was released in the US on 3 July. The first single, "Get the Devil Out of Me", was released on 13 April. The second single "We Are The Others" and its video was released on 11 September 2012. This is the first album by Delain without any studio songs with guest vocalist Marko Hietala. Live versions of "The Gathering" and "Control the Storm" are featured on the special edition of the album with Hietala singing his parts live.
John Martin Lindström is a Swedish singer and songwriter. He is best known for his collaborations with the Swedish House Mafia. Since 2010, he has collaborated with Tinie Tempah and released his debut single "Anywhere For You", written alongside music partner Michel Zitron. The Common Linnets are a Dutch band that was formed in 2013. The band originally consisted of Ilse DeLange and Waylon. DeLange has stated that the group is a platform for Dutch artists to make country, Americana, and bluegrass music, and that the members will be changing. In May 2014, Waylon left the group and was replaced by American country singer Jake Etheridge.
The sixth season of the Dutch reality singing competition The Voice of Holland premiered on 25 September 2015 on RTL4. Martijn Krabbé, Wendy van Dijk, and Jamai Loman all returned, as did Marco Borsato and Ali B as coaches. However, the sixth season saw Trijntje Oosterhuis and Ilse DeLange replaced by Dutch singer-songwriters Anouk and Sanne Hans from the band Miss Montreal. This is the last season that Marco Borsato appeared as a coach on the show, as he announced on 13 November 2015 that he will not be returning for the next season. In his place, singer Waylon will serve as coach for Season 7. The season was won by Maan de Steenwinkel of Team Borsato, and this is Borsato's fourth time as winning coach.
