Tuusniemi is a municipality of Finland. It is located in the North Savo region, 59 kilometres (37 mi) east of Kuopio. The municipality has a population of 2,314 and covers an area of 699.43 square kilometres (270.05 sq mi) of which 156.15 km2 (60.29 sq mi) is water. The population density is 4.26 inhabitants per square kilometre (11.0/sq mi)
Salatut elämät is a Finnish television soap opera that premiered on MTV3 on 25 January 1999. The series' storylines follow the daily lives of several families who live in the same apartment block in Helsinki. Sahamies is known for his trashtalk at the poker table, usually aimed towards his fellow pros, which has led to an online following. Sahamies played poker live in Finland before transitioning to online poker, where he now makes most of his money. Ilari has appeared on television shows including High Stakes Poker and Poker After Dark.
Arman Alizad is an Iranian-Finnish master tailor, fashion columnist and TV personality. He is best known for the martial arts series Kill Arman, which has aired in over 100 countries around the world. Alizad has also hosted several other Finnish TV series, such as Dresscode, Unisex, Loman Tarpeessa and Arman Reilaa.

Animatricks is annual animation festival taking place in Helsinki every April. The organization behind the festival was formed in 1999 and the first Animatricks festival took place in 2000. Animatricks is the only film festival in Finland, that concentrates purely on animation. The festival program consists yearly of Finnish as well as international compilations of films and screenings put together to fit the festivals ever changing themes. The Animatricks festival also includes a yearly competition where the best international animation is awarded with 3000 euros.
The Nordic Council Children and Young People's Literature Prize is awarded for a work of children's or young adult literature written in one of the languages of the Nordic countries. It was established by the Nordic Council in 2012 after an initiative by ministers of culture in the Nordic countries. The prize was first awarded on 30 October 2013.
Joni Ikonen is a Finnish professional ice hockey forward currently playing for Kiekko-Espoo of Liiga. He was selected in the second round, 58th overall, by the Montreal Canadiens in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
IFK Helsinki Naiset, abbreviated HIFK Naiset and also known as Stadin Gimmat, is an ice hockey team in the Finnish Auroraliiga. They play in the Pirkkola district of Helsinki at the Pirkkolan jäähalli. The team is the representative women's ice hockey team of the multisport club Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna, Helsingfors and is operated by Oy HIFK-Hockey Ab, the same organization that owns the HIFK men's ice hockey team of the Liiga – HIFK Naiset are one of only two Auroraliiga teams owned directly by a Liiga team.

Kiekko-Espoo is a Finnish professional ice hockey club founded in 2018 as a continuation of the Kiekko-Espoo team originally founded in 1984. Kiekko-Espoo men's team plays in the Liiga, where they were promoted for the 2024–25 season, and the women's team plays in the Auroraliiga, where they hold the most championships of any club.
Jeʹvida is a 2023 Finnish Skolt Sámi–language drama film written and directed by Katja Gauriloff. The film describes the life of a Skolt Sámi woman called Jeʹvida during the period when her people were being forcibly assimilated into Finnish society, while following the life of Jeʹvida in three different periods.
Henri Määttä is a Finnish football scout and a data-analyst, and a former footballer who played as a midfielder. He is currently working in a scouting team of Veikkausliiga club Ilves. Määttä is also a freelance TV-director, and has worked for Yle.
Inka Sarjanoja is a Finnish professional footballer who most recently played as a midfielder for Damallsvenskan club KIF Örebro.
