Sarah Davis (born June 23, 1992) is a Canadian women's ice hockey player who made her international debut competing for the Canadian National Women's Under-18 team at the 2010 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship. She was named to the roster of the Canada women's national ice hockey team that competed at the 2015 IIHF Women's World Championship. [1] She is the first women's ice hockey player from Newfoundland to be selected for the national team. [2] In addition, she is the first woman from the province to have won the Clarkson Cup, achieving the feat in 2016 with the Calgary Inferno.
Davis was part of Canada's National Women's Under-18 Team which earned a gold medal at the 2010 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship in Chicago. As a member of the gold medal winning squad, a hockey card of her was featured in the Upper Deck 2011 World of Sports card series. [3] In addition, she participated in the Canada Celebrates Event on June 30 in Edmonton which recognized the Canadian Olympic and World hockey champions from the 2009–10 season. [4] She was a member of Canada’s National Women’s Development Team that won a gold medal at the 2015 Nations Cup (formerly known as the Meco Cup). [5]
Selected third overall by the Calgary Inferno in the 2014 CWHL Draft, Davis was named as one of the participants in the 2014 CWHL All-Star Game. She made her CWHL debut on October 18, 2014, in a road game against the Toronto Furies, logging her first career goal in a 5–4 shootout loss.
Appearing with the Calgary Inferno in the 2016 Clarkson Cup finals, she registered an assist as the Inferno emerged victorious in a convincing 8–3 final. [6]

On April 17, 2015, a street in Davis' hometown of Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador was renamed in her honour to Sarah Davis Way. [9]
Meaghan Mikkelson is a Canadian ice hockey player, broadcaster, and former member of the Canadian national ice hockey team. She is currently affiliated with the Calgary chapter of the Professional Women's Hockey Players Association (PWHPA).
Rebecca Anne Johnston is a Canadian ice hockey player for the Calgary section of the Professional Women's Hockey Players Association and, since 2007, the Canadian national team. She played four seasons at Cornell University and was selected second overall in the 2012 CWHL Draft by the Calgary Inferno. As of 2022, she has three Winter Olympic gold medals, one silver, and two world championship titles.
Brianne Alexandra Jenner is a Canadian professional ice hockey player and a member of Canada's national women's hockey team, currently affiliated with the Ottawa of the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL). She made her debut for Canada at the 2010 Four Nations Cup and won a gold medal. She was also a member of the Cornell Big Red women's ice hockey program.

Jillian Pauline Saulnier grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She was the first female ice hockey player to represent Nova Scotia at the IIHF Women’s World Championship in 2015. She is a two-time Olympian for Team Canada, winning a gold medal in 2022 and a silver medal in 2018. She is a member of Hockey Canada's National Women's Team, which won Gold in 2021 and plays in the PWPHL in Montreal. She did play in CWHL's Les Canadiennes de Montréal before the organization folded in the Spring of 2019. Jill was also a part of Canada's National Women's Under-18 Team which won gold at the 2010 IIHF World Women's Under-18 Championship in Chicago. As a member of the gold-winning squads and accomplishments throughout her career, Jill made history again in 2021 when Tim Horton's annual Trading Hockey Card collection included 15 women (stars) from Canada's national women's team. She also was featured in the Upper Deck 2010 World of Sports card series. She previously played with the Markham Thunder and the Dartmouth Big Green and competed internationally with the Canadian women's national under-18 and under-22 teams. She won a silver medal with Team Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics and a gold medal at the 2022 Winter Olympics.

Selected by the Toronto Furies in the 2012 CWHL Draft, she was also a member of the Canada women's national ball hockey team that won a gold medal at the International Street and Ball Hockey Federation (ISBHF) 2015 Women's World Championships in Zug, Switzerland. Urban also played with the Markham Thunder in the 2017–18 CWHL season, winning the Clarkson Cup with the team.
