Sarvodaya Enclave is an affluent residential colony in the South Delhi District of New Delhi, capital of India.

Places of interest

The colony has several beautiful houses that attract architects and interior decorators from around geographies. It also has a Temple and Gurdwara within its boundaries. Adjacent to the colony there is Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Delhi Branch, The Mother's International School, and Mirambika Free Progress School. There is also an extension counter of UCO Bank within the Ashram boundaries. The colony is very green and houses many known veterans of diverse fields.

DDA Market

A small market inside the colony serves the residents of the colony with basic needs like Medicines, Groceries and Stationery. There is also a cyber cafe, photocopying and courier shops in the market. It has more than 300 stand alone houses which are further divided into multiple condos. It is one of the rich neighbourhoods in South Delhi with easy access to neighbouring cities of Gurgaon and Noida. It has easy connectivity to the Delhi Metro with Hauz Khas metro station being the closest one.

It is centrally located and offers both rural Hauz Khas Village and urban Hauz Khas Enclave, Market environments. Sarita Vihar is a posh residential colony situated in South East Delhi, India. It is near the Kalindi Kunj- Noida Toll bridge or GD Birla Marg-Road 13A which connects the district to Noida.The area is situated close to Uttar pradesh border. It is believed that the site was primarily chosen as the construction site for the Games Village of the 1982 Asian Games, however on the insistence of the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, the plan was changed to convert it into an upscale residential housing locality. Lajpat Nagar is an interchange station between Violet Line and Pink Line of the Delhi Metro in Delhi. It is located between Jangpura and Moolchand on the Violet Line in Lajpat Nagar. The station was opened with the first section of the Violet Line on 3 October 2010, in time for the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony on the same day. It became an interchange station with the opening of the Pink Line on 6 August 2018. The station on the Pink Line is underground, whereas the Violet line station is elevated. However, both the lines are seamlessly connected, without commuters having to exit the ticketed area to interchange from one line to another.
