Koidu is a village in Saue Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. It's located southwest of Estonian capital Tallinn, just next to Laagri, the administrative centre of the municipality. The town of Saue is situated about 3.8 km (2 mi) southwest. Koidu is bordered by the Vääna River to the southwest and by the Tallinn–Keila–Paldiski railway to the southeast. There's a station named "Padula" in Koidu village.

In June 2021, Põlluaas was announced as the Conservative People's Party candidate in the 2021 Estonian presidential election.

Turba is a small borough in Saue Parish, Harju County, Estonia. Prior to the administrative reform of Estonian local governments in March 2017, Turba belonged to Nissi Parish. As of 2011 Census, the settlement's population was 927. In 2019, the population was found to have risen to 964.
