Sauveterre de Comminges XIII, nicknamed Les Frelons (Hornets), are a French Rugby league club based in Sauveterre-de-Comminges, Haute-Garonne, in the Occitania region. They play in the French National Division 1.
The first mention of Les Frelons came in 2006 when the club reached the National Division 2, then called the Federal Division, league final and won 20-14 against former top flight club Tonneins XIII earning themselves promotion. In 2007 they won the Coupe Falcou. In the National Division 1 the club did well they reached the final in 2011 but lost to Tonneins XIII 16-20, who they also lost out to in the Paul Dejean Cup 23-27, the following season they also reached the league final this time they won beating Ornaisons XIII 28-4, and by a massive coincidence they also played Ornaisons XIII in the Paul Dejean Cup final winning 24-16. The club declined the offer of promotion to the 2nd tier Elite Two Championship.

The Division is split into 5 regional leagues, East, South 1, South 2, South-East, South-West and West. Clubs play each other home and away in their respective regional league with the top clubs progressing into a series of play-off matches to determine the champions. The champions can apply for promotion to the National Division 1. This tier was formerly known as the Federal Championship.

The club played in the French National Division 1 and National Division 2 leagues during its time. Founded in 1961, the club moved to Pujols, Lot-et-Garonne in 2014 and changed names to US Pujols XIII
Baroudeurs de Pia XIII are a French Rugby league team based in Pia, Pyrénées-Orientales in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. SM Pia XIII was founded in 1960 and were national champions four times before they dropped out of the Elite 1 division after the 2012–13 season. Baroudeurs de Pia, who were formed in 1999, were a reserve team of SM Pia playing in the lower divisions and went dormant shortly after SM Pia had done so. When they were revived two years later they became the principal club in Pia. They play in the Super XIII the top level of rugby league in France. Home games are played at the Stade Daniel-Ambert.

It was originally for clubs in the National Division 1, but following its merger with the Federal Division at the start of the 2023–24 season the competition became the cup for the National Divisions.
