Naples Airport, formerly known as Naples Municipal Airport, is a public use airport located two nautical miles (4 km) northeast of the central business district of Naples, the most populous city and county seat of Collier County, Florida. It is owned by the Naples Airport Authority. The airport is home to flight schools, air charter operators, car rental agencies, and corporate aviation and non-aviation businesses. The airport is also a central location for public services, including fire/rescue services, mosquito control, the Collier County Sheriff's Aviation Unit and other community services.

Port Harcourt International Airport is an international airport located in Omagwa, a suburb of Port Harcourt, the capital city of the Rivers State in Nigeria. The airport has two terminals for both international and domestic flights. The new International terminal was commissioned by the executive president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari on 25 October 2018. In 2009, the airport served 1,081,587 passengers, making it the third-busiest airport in Nigeria.

Malaysian Airline System Flight 653 (MH653) was a scheduled domestic flight from Penang to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, operated by Malaysian Airline System (MAS). On the evening of 4 December 1977, the Boeing 737-200 aircraft flying the service crashed at Tanjung Kupang, Johor, Malaysia, while purportedly being diverted by hijackers to Singapore. It was the first fatal air crash for Malaysia Airlines, with all 93 passengers and 7 crew killed. It is also the deadliest aviation disaster to occur in Malaysian soil. The flight was apparently hijacked as soon as it reached cruise altitude. The circumstances in which the hijacking and subsequent crash occurred remain unsolved.
Grant County Airport is a county-owned, public-use airport in Grant County, New Mexico, United States. It is located 10 nautical miles southeast of the central business district of Silver City, New Mexico. The airport is mostly used for general aviation, but is also served by one commercial airline. Service is subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.
Show Low Regional Airport is 2 miles east of Show Low, in Navajo County, Arizona, United States. It is used for general aviation and commercial services provided by Southern Airways Express which is subsidized by the federal government's Essential Air Service program at a cost of $1,672,000(per year). Situated in North Clarendon, it was formerly known as Rutland State Airport. Scheduled commercial service is subsidized by the Essential Air Service and provided by Cape Air, with three flights daily on eleven-passenger Tecnam P2012 Traveller and ten-passenger Cessna 402 aircraft to Boston with typical flight times of 40 minutes.

Scorpion Air was an airline based in Sofia, Bulgaria. It was established in 1990 and was a general aviation company operating domestic and international charter services using helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. Its operating certificate was revoked on 21 June 2007, however may have still continued operations years after, since on 14 June 2011, Paul Hurst, the Managing Director of Solenta Aviation at the time, stated on the PPRuNE forum that Scorpion Air operates all of Solenta Aviation’s Antonov fleet, one them being involved in Solenta Aviation Gabon Flight 122A.

Air Peace is a private Nigerian airline founded in 2013 with its head office in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria, the flag carrier and the largest airline of Nigeria and West Africa. On February 20, 2021, United Airlines Flight 328 (UA328/UAL328), a scheduled U.S. domestic passenger flight from Denver to Honolulu, suffered a contained engine failure four minutes after takeoff from Denver International Airport (DEN). Parts departing from the engine cowling of the Boeing 777-222 aircraft resulted in a debris field at least 1 mile (1.6 km) long over suburban residential areas of Broomfield, Colorado. Falling debris was recorded by eyewitnesses using smartphone cameras and a dash cam. Debris fell through the roof of a private home and significantly damaged a parked vehicle.
