Saratoga County is a county in the U.S. state of New York, and is the fastest-growing county in Upstate New York. As of the 2020 U.S. Census, the county's population was enumerated at 235,509, representing a 7.2% increase from the 2010 population of 219,607, representing one of the fastest growth rates in the northeastern United States. The county seat is Ballston Spa. Saratoga County is included in the Capital District, encompassing the Albany-Schenectady-Troy, New York Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Schuylerville is a village in Saratoga County, New York, United States. The village is located in the northeastern part of the Town of Saratoga, east of Saratoga Springs. The Village of Victory is adjacent to Schuylerville to the southwest and the Hudson River forms the village's eastern border. The population was 1,386 at the 2010 census. The village was incorporated in 1831 and is named after the Schuyler family, a prominent family of Dutch descent in colonial America.

Horseheads High School is a public institution for secondary education in the rural town of Horseheads, New York. It is the single high school for the Horseheads Central School District. Pulaski County Special School District No. 1 (PCSSD) is one of four public school districts in Pulaski County, Arkansas—along with the Little Rock School District, the North Little Rock School District, and the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District—accredited by the Arkansas Department of Education. Columbia High School is a public high school located on Luther Road in East Greenbush, New York, USA. It is the only high school for the East Greenbush Central School District and has a 2019-20 enrollment of approximately 1,230 students in grades 9-12. The school has a thirteen to one student to teacher ratio that is below the state average. Columbia High School, commonly referred to CHS, is home to the "Blue Devils".
