Sea Gayle Music is an independent music publishing company based in Nashville, Tennessee in the United States. It was formed in 1999 by songwriter Chris DuBois, songwriter/producer Frank Rogers, and songwriter/artist Brad Paisley. [1] In 2010 and 2011, Sea Gayle Music was named ASCAP Country Publisher of the Year. This was the first time since 1982 that an independent music publishing company has won this award. The company is under the umbrella of Sea Gayle INC.

Frank Mandeville Rogers V is an American record producer, songwriter, music publisher and session musician. In 1990, Rogers moved to Nashville, attending Belmont University and graduating with a Music Business degree. While at Belmont, he met friend and future collaborator Brad Paisley. After graduation, Rogers went to work for EMI Nashville Productions and opened up Sea Gayle Music Publishing with Paisley and Chris DuBois. The successful publishing company, has over 300 cuts and 28 number one songs. The three business partners, in late 2009, also teamed up with Sony Nashville to form Sea Gayle Records, with a roster that includes Jerrod Niemann.

His credits include 7 number one country hits: "The Impossible", "The World", "I'm Still a Guy" and "Perfect Storm"—all by Brad Paisley—"You're Gonna Miss This" for Trace Adkins, "I Just Wanna Be Mad" by Terri Clark, and "Southern Girl". Three of his songs—"You're Gonna Miss This", "The Impossible" and "In Color" by Jamey Johnson—were nominated for Best Country Song at the Grammy Awards. He left ASCAP in 1999 to form Sea Gayle Music with business partners Brad Paisley and Frank Rogers. Since that time, Sea Gayle has become one of the most successful independent publishing companies in all of music. In 2010 and 2011, Sea Gayle was named ASCAP Country Publisher of the Year. It was the first time since 1982 that an independent publishing company had won that award. In 2009, Sea Gayle Music launched Sea Gayle Records as an imprint of Sony Music Nashville.
