Sean Lemmens (born 2 November 1994) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Gold Coast Football Club in the Australian Football League. He is of Indigenous Australian heritage.
Lemmens was born into a family of Indigenous Australian descent (Tiwi). [1] He began playing junior football for the Salisbury Football Club and moved to the Port Adelaide Magpies. [2] He progressed his way through the junior ranks at Port Adelaide before solidifying a reserves spot in the 2013. He debuted for the Magpies senior team in the final round of the 2013 SANFL season. He was also selected to represent South Australia in the 2013 AFL Under 18 Championships, where he was noticed by Gold Coast defensive coach, Dean Solomon. [3]
Leading into the 2013 AFL Draft, Lemmens was considered by some to be a rookie chance at best. He was drafted with the 27th pick in the 2013 National Draft by the Gold Coast Suns. [4]
Lemmens made his senior debut for the Suns against Richmond in Round 1 of the 2014 season. [5]

Lemmens' partner is former Gold Coast teammate Izak Rankine's cousin [7] and Lemmens' daughter is Rankine's second niece. [8]

David Swallow is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Gold Coast Suns in the Australian Football League (AFL). Swallow won the Gold Coast Suns Club Champion award in 2014, becoming the second player to win the award after Gary Ablett Jr. won the award in the club's first three seasons, and served as Gold Coast co-captain from 2019 to 2021. The 2024 Adelaide Football Club season was the club's 34th season of senior competition in the Australian Football League (AFL). It was the Crows' second season captained by Jordan Dawson and their 5th year coached by Matthew Nicks. The senior men's season, held between March 16 and August 24, finished with only 8 wins from 23 matches. The women's side will play their 9th season in the AFLW in 2024. The reserves side played their 10th season in the SANFL in 2024, and their first captained by Jack Madgen. After 8 wins, the SANFL side narrowly missed out on finals only a year after consecutive preliminary finals exits.
