Darcy Gardiner (born 22 September 1995) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Brisbane Lions in the Australian Football League (AFL).

Contents

Recruited from the Queenscliff Coutas, Gardiner was drafted by the Lions with their second selection, pick 22, in the 2013 AFL Draft. [1] AFL National Talent Manager Kevin Sheehan described Gardiner as the best tall defender in his draft. [2]

In 2020 he was named in the St Joseph’s College Team of Champions, recognising the best VFL/AFL players to have attended the school. [3]
