Select World Tower is a building complex located in Satu Mare, Romania. The structure is constructed in the shape of a vertical U, with two towers of 6 and 8 storeys linked together by a 2-storey smaller building. The six storey tower contains 4,300 square metres (46,285 sq ft) of office spaces and a multifunctional hall. The two storey building is a 11,000 square metres (118,403 sq ft) commercial center. The eight storey tower contains a four star hotel with 101 rooms and a surface area of 12,600 square metres (135,625 sq ft). [1]

Eureka Tower is a 297.3-metre (975 ft) skyscraper located in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Construction began in August 2002 and the exterior completed on 1 June 2006. The plaza was finished in June 2006 and the building was officially opened on 11 October 2006. The project was designed by Melbourne architectural firm Fender Katsalidis Architects and was built by Grocon. The developer of the tower was Eureka Tower Pty Ltd, a joint venture consisting of Daniel Grollo (Grocon), investor Tab Fried and one of the Tower's architects Nonda Katsalidis. It was the world's tallest residential tower when measured to its highest floor, until surpassed by Ocean Heights and the HHHR Tower in Dubai. It is the second tallest building in Australia, behind Q1, Queensland, and is the tallest to roof. As of 2016 it was the 15th tallest residential building in the world.

UpGround is a condominium located in Bucharest at the intersection of Barbu Văcărescu and Fabrica de Glucoză streets and Şoseaua Petricani. The project consists of four buildings, two residential and two office with a total floor area of 226,000 square metres (2,430,000 sq ft). The two residential buildings have 16 floors each and include a number of 600 apartments and have a floor area of 126,000 m2 (1,360,000 sq ft). The project also includes the seven floor class A office building BOC Tower. The tower has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 57,000 m2 (610,000 sq ft) making it the largest office building in Romania. The most important tenants are Banca Românească which occupies 15,000 m2 (160,000 sq ft) and GfK with 2,730 m2 (29,400 sq ft).

Australia 108 is a residential supertall skyscraper currently under construction in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. When completed, it will become the tallest building in Australia by roof height, surpassing the Eureka Tower, and the second-tallest building in Australia by full height, surpassed by Q1. The World Class Land development project consists of a 317-metre-tall (1,040 ft) apartment building with 1,105 apartments over 100 floors. Construction of the revised Fender Katsalidis Architects–design by Brookfield Multiplex commenced in 2015, with completion expected in 2020.

Ice District Mixed-use sports and entertainment district in Alberta, Canada

Ice District is a $2.5 billion mixed-use sports and entertainment district being developed on 10 hectares of land in Downtown Edmonton, Alberta. When completed it will be Canada's largest mixed-use and entertainment district. The developers of the district are the Katz Group and the ONE Development Group. On July 13, 2015, it was announced that the area of the city surrounding the arena from 101 and 104 Street to 103 and 106 Avenue would be referred to as "Ice District" – a name created by Daryl Katz.
