La Défense is a major business district located three kilometres west of the city limits of Paris. It is part of the Paris Metropolitan Area in the Île-de-France region, located in the department of Hauts-de-Seine in the communes of Courbevoie, Nanterre, and Puteaux.

The Citigroup Centre is a building complex in London. It houses Citigroup's EMEA headquarters and is located in Canary Wharf in the city's Docklands. The centre provides 170,000 square metres (1,800,000 sq ft) of floor space across two merged buildings - 33 Canada Square and 25 Canada Square, and houses the bulk of Citi's UK employee base. Together, both buildings form the Citigroup Centre complex.
Eureka Tower is a 297.3-metre (975 ft) skyscraper located in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Construction began in August 2002 and the exterior completed on 1 June 2006. The plaza was finished in June 2006 and the building was officially opened on 11 October 2006. The project was designed by Melbourne architectural firm Fender Katsalidis Architects and was built by Grocon. The developer of the tower was Eureka Tower Pty Ltd, a joint venture consisting of Daniel Grollo (Grocon), investor Tab Fried and one of the Tower's architects Nonda Katsalidis. It was the world's tallest residential tower when measured to its highest floor, until surpassed by Ocean Heights and the HHHR Tower in Dubai. It is the second tallest building in Australia, behind Q1, Queensland, and is the tallest to roof. As of 2016 it was the 15th tallest residential building in the world.
The Bay Adelaide Centre is an office complex in the Financial District of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The first phase, a 51-storey skyscraper known as Bay Adelaide West, was completed in July 2009. The second phase, the 44-storey Bay Adelaide East, was completed in October 2016. A third tower, Bay Adelaide North, is planned.
Republic Plaza is a skyscraper in Singapore, located at the Southern end of Raffles Place in the Downtown Core, the central business district of Singapore. It formerly shared the title of "tallest building" with the OUB Centre and UOB Plaza One, until the construction of Tanjong Pagar Centre in 2016. At a height of 280 meters, it was completed in 1995 and incorporates earthquake proof features despite the city being relatively far from earthquake zones.
22 Bishopsgate is a commercial skyscraper under construction in London, United Kingdom. It will occupy a prominent site on Bishopsgate, in the City of London financial district, and is set to stand 278 m (912 ft) tall with 62 storeys. The project replaces an earlier plan for a 288 m (945 ft) tower named The Pinnacle, on which construction was started in 2008 but suspended in 2012 following the Great Recession, with only the concrete core of the first seven storeys. The structure was later subjected to a re-design, out of which it became known by its postal address, 22 Bishopsgate.

Covering 13.54 hectares, the site has a gross floor area of 1,090,026 square metres (11,732,940 sq ft), approximately the size of the Canary Wharf development in London. As of 2011, the site contained some of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong — including the tallest commercial building in Hong Kong, the 118-story International Commerce Centre and the loftiest residential tower in Hong Kong, The Cullinan.
Waterfront Place is an office building in the Brisbane central business district in Queensland, Australia. It is located at 1 Eagle Street, beside the Brisbane River. It was constructed by renowned Queensland builder and developer F. A. Pidgeon and Son who led the projects development in a joint venture with Folkestone Limited. Construction was completed in 1989. The building stands 162 metres (531 ft) tall.
101 Collins Street is a 260-metre (853 ft) skyscraper located in Collins Street, Melbourne central business district, Victoria, Australia. The 57-storey building was completed in March 1991 under the design by Denton Corker Marshall. Towards the end of project, with a change of developer, the foyer space was designed by Johnson Burgee.
The New England Quarter is a mixed-use development in the city of Brighton and Hove, England. It was built between 2004 and 2008 on the largest brownfield site in the city, adjacent to Brighton railway station. Most parts of the scheme have been finished, but other sections are still being built and one major aspect of the original plan was refused planning permission.
The St. Francis Square is a complex of three buildings located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Philippines. Groundbreaking and construction began in 1998 and was completed in 2000. Due to some controversies regarding the St. Francis Square Group of Companies, construction and the finishing of interiors were halted. Construction resumed in 2009 and the building was finished in 2011.
100 St Georges Terrace is a 24-storey skyscraper located at 100 St Georges Terrace in Perth, Western Australia.
The Nusco Tower is a class A office building located in Bucharest near the Aurel Vlaicu metro station at the intersection of Barbu Văcărescu street and Şoseaua Pipera. The building has a total of 20 floors and a floor area of 34,000 square metres (370,000 sq ft). The tower has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 17,000 m2 (180,000 sq ft). In August 2010 the American multinational computer technology company Oracle Corporation leased nearly 40% or 7,000 m2 (75,000 sq ft) of the tower.

The WAPDA House is a nine-story office building located in Lahore, Pakistan, that serves as the headquarters of the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA). It is one of several prominent government buildings located at Charing Cross on Lahore's Mall Road. The building shares views of the Punjab Provincial Assembly, Islamic Summit Minar, Masonic Lodge, and other key landmarks.
UpGround is a condominium located in Bucharest at the intersection of Barbu Văcărescu and Fabrica de Glucoză streets and Şoseaua Petricani. The project consists of four buildings, two residential and two office with a total floor area of 226,000 square metres (2,430,000 sq ft). The two residential buildings have 16 floors each and include a number of 600 apartments and have a floor area of 126,000 m2 (1,360,000 sq ft). The project also includes the seven floor class A office building BOC Tower. The tower has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 57,000 m2 (610,000 sq ft) making it the largest office building in Romania. The most important tenants are Banca Românească which occupies 15,000 m2 (160,000 sq ft) and GfK with 2,730 m2 (29,400 sq ft).

Australia 108 is a residential supertall skyscraper currently under construction in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. When completed, it will become the tallest building in Australia by roof height, surpassing the Eureka Tower, and the second-tallest building in Australia by full height, surpassed by Q1. The World Class Land development project consists of a 317-metre-tall (1,040 ft) apartment building with 1,105 apartments over 100 floors. Construction of the revised Fender Katsalidis Architects–design by Brookfield Multiplex commenced in 2015, with completion expected in 2020.
Ice District is a $2.5 billion mixed-use sports and entertainment district being developed on 10 hectares of land in Downtown Edmonton, Alberta. When completed it will be Canada's largest mixed-use and entertainment district. The developers of the district are the Katz Group and the ONE Development Group. On July 13, 2015, it was announced that the area of the city surrounding the arena from 101 and 104 Street to 103 and 106 Avenue would be referred to as "Ice District" – a name created by Daryl Katz.
