Selling the OC is an American reality television series created for Netflix by Adam DiVello. It is the third series in the Selling Sunset franchise, and a direct spin-off of the original series. It revolves around the Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage firm in the Orange County, California area (with offices in West Hollywood, Newport Beach and the La Jolla neighborhood of San Diego), and follows a group of agents as they navigate their personal and professional lives. The first season premiered with eight episodes on August 24, 2022. [4] The show was renewed for a second and third season on January 18, 2023. [5] The second season premiered on September 8, 2023. [6] The third season premiered on May 3, 2024. The show was renewed for a fourth season in January 2025 which premiered on November 12, 2025. [7]
Jarvis and Stanaland left the Oppenheim Group after filming the third season. Jarvis left the show but Stanaland will make an appearance in the fourth season. [8] [9] [10] Harper, Rose, Palmieri, Cardona and Shortt will also not appear in season 4. [11]
