The Senegal national football team, nicknamed Les Lions de la Teranga, represents Senegal in international association football and is operated by the Senegalese Football Federation. They are the current champions of both the Africa Cup of Nations and African Nations Championship.
The African Games, formally known as the All-Africa Games or the Pan African Games, are a continental multi-sport event held every four years, organized by the African Union (AU) with the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) and the Association of African Sports Confederations (AASC).

It is the most successful African beach soccer team, having won six times the Africa Beach Soccer Cup of Nations, more than any other national team.

Mbagnick Ndiaye is a Senegalese judoka. He represented Senegal at the 2019 African Games held in Rabat, Morocco and he won the gold medal in the men's +100 kg event. In the same year, he also won the gold medal in the men's +100 kg event at the 2019 African Judo Championships held in Cape Town, South Africa.
