Sergio Mancilla Zayas (born 15 November 1971) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). In the 2009 mid-terms he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent the State of Mexico's 24th district during the 61st session of Congress. [1]

He is also the Spanish voice of American Express, Land Rover, Snickers Cadenatres TV and Cinepolis. As dubbing actor, he is the Spanish voice of Todd, the character from the popular TV show "Samantha Who?"
