Sevenoaks Shopping Centre is a shopping mall complex in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. Sevenoaks has over 100 retail stores, services and food establishments.
Sevenoaks is located approximately one hour east of Vancouver, and minutes from two U.S. border crossings. Sevenoaks Shopping Centre was built in 1975; expansions occurred in 1984, 1989, 1991 and 1999-2000. During the 1991 expansion, a Water Clock was purchased and added to the mall, this was moved to the Abbotsford International Airport in 2000 due to maintenance issues. It has over 560,000 square feet (52,000 m2) of retail and services that serve the Fraser Valley. [1] It is managed by Morguard.

Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Opened in 1974, it was the first enclosed shopping center in Greensboro. Currently it is anchored by Dillard's and JCPenney and it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants. Park Royal Shopping Centre, also known as simply Park Royal, opened in 1950, is a shopping mall located in West Vancouver and X̱wemelch'stn, British Columbia, Canada. Park Royal was Canada's first covered shopping mall. Park Royal has seen multiple redeveloped projects within the last decade. Notably, in 2014, the district of West Vancouver approved a permit for the "removal of the storefront fabric canopies, faux columns and related ‘nautical’ theme designs" as well as the re-facing of the building to "create a cohesive look between Park Royal North and Park Royal South." Its anchors are Hudson's Bay, Winners, Walmart Supercentre, Decathlon, Sporting Life, Marshalls, Uniqlo, Best Buy, and a Toys "R" Us/Babies "R" Us combo store. It has a gross leasable area of 981,000 square feet (91,100 m2). It was the largest shopping mall in York Region until 2004 when Vaughan Mills opened.

It is the only enclosed shopping centre in the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valley.
