Baby Animals are an Australian hard rock band active from October 1989 to 1996 and reformed in 2007. The original line-up was Frank Celenza on drums; Suze DeMarchi on lead vocals and guitar; Dave Leslie on guitar and backing vocals; and Eddie Parise on bass guitar and backing vocals. They recorded two studio albums, Baby Animals – which peaked at No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart, and Shaved and Dangerous – which reached No. 2. At the ARIA Music Awards of 1992 the group won three trophies: Album of the Year and Breakthrough Artist – Album for Baby Animals and Breakthrough - Single for "Early Warning". Baby Animals was listed in 100 Best Australian Albums. The reunited line-up are DeMarchi, Leslie, Dario Bortolin on bass guitar and Mick Skelton on drums and percussion. Their fourth studio album, This Is Not the End, was issued in May 2013, which reached the top 20.
Rock Me Baby is the second solo album release from David Cassidy. It was produced by Wes Farrell for Bell Records, and released in 1972. The album introduced some rock, soul and R&B flavors in a calculated move by Cassidy to expand beyond his teen idol image. AllMusic's Al Campbell wrote that the blue-eyed soul album was officially produced by Farrell, but the song selections and styles showed that Cassidy was also making decisions.

Boyd Lalor Wilson is an Australian musician and songwriter. He was vocalist and keyboardist in one of Perth's biggest bands, The Fingerprints, in 1979 and later The Kind, 1985 featuring Mark Lizotte, Denise Demarchi, Yak Sherrit, Suze DeMarchi, Dean Denton and Gary Dunn. During this time, Wilson played keyboards and backing vocals for Dave Warner on his album Correct Weight (1979), later touring with Warner. In 1989, Wilson was signed by the President of Chrysalis Records in UK as a writer collaborating and writing with Alan Tarney, Kevin Peek, Keith Potger, Trevor Spencer, Robin Hild, Patrick Dollaghan, Eric Lowen and Dan Navarro. Lowen and Navarro released a co-write with Wilson titled "Rapt in You" on their album Walking on a Wire. "Rapt in You" was also released by Cameron Daddo in 1992 on his album A Long Goodbye. Wilson also co-wrote several tracks with guitarist and singer/songwriter Nuno Bettencourt.
