Sheilah Gashumba is a Ugandan media personality, TV host and digital influencer. [1] [2] [3] She formerly hosted NBS After5 an entertainment show on NBS Television and currently, a radio presenter at NRG Uganda and host of DSTV's 'House of Chefs' in South Africa. [4] [5] [6]
Gashumba uses social media platforms Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Threads and Facebook to advocate for minimum wage policy for Journalists and media personalities in Uganda. She has also worked on promotional campaigns for brands including Africell, Uber, Coca-Cola and Tecno Mobile . She is the first media personality to cover the Common Wealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) presided over by the Queen Elizabeth II in 2007.

Gashumba started presenting a teen`s club show on WBS TV in 2007. [9] [6] Sheila later joined NTV where she presented T-Nation and later NTV The Beat with Douglas Lwanga. [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] In November 2021, she joined NBS Television where she currently hosts NBS After5, an entertainment show which airs from Monday to Friday from 5:00pm up to 7:00pm with MC Kats, Douglas Lwanga, DJ Mercy Pro and DJ Roja from the duo Slick Stuart & Dj Roja.
