National Socialist black metal is a political movement and subgenre within the black metal music scene that promotes neo-Nazism, neo-fascism, and white supremacist ideologies. NSBM artists typically combine neo-Nazi imagery and ideology with ethnic European paganism, Satanism, or Nazi occultism, or a combination thereof, and vehemently oppose Christianity, Islam and Judaism from a racialist viewpoint. NSBM is not seen as a distinct genre, but as a völkisch movement within black metal. According to Mattias Gardell, NSBM musicians see this ideology as "a logical extension of the political and spiritual dissidence inherent in black metal".
Blood & Honour is a neo-Nazi music promotion network and right-wing extremist political group founded in the United Kingdom by Ian Stuart Donaldson and Nicky Crane in 1987. It is composed of White Nationalists and has links to Combat 18.

Strasserism is a strand of Nazism, which adheres to revolutionary nationalism combined with anti-capitalism and economic antisemitism. It calls for a more radical, mass-action and worker-based movement in order to implement "anti-capitalist social revolution" along with "national revolution". Strasserism derived its name from Gregor and Otto Strasser, two brothers initially associated with this position. Originally leading a left-wing faction within NSDAP, Otto Strasser created Black Front after being expelled from Germany in 1930. Strasserism allegedly had a considerable support among SA, which led to Strasserists being purged by Adolf Hitler during the Night of the Long Knives, with Gregor Strasser being murdered. In 1980s, Strasserism again began to play an active role in politics after it found support among some leading members of the National Front party in the UK.
The Hammerskins are a white supremacist group formed in 1988 in Dallas, Texas. Their primary focus is the production and promotion of white power rock music, and many white power bands have been affiliated with the group. The Hammerskins were affiliated with the record label 9% Productions. The Hammerskins host several annual concerts, including Hammerfest, an annual event in both the United States and Europe in honor of deceased Hammerskin Joe Rowan, the lead singer of the band Nordic Thunder.
White power skinheads, also known as racist skinheads and neo-Nazi skinheads, are members of a neo-Nazi, white supremacist and antisemitic offshoot of the skinhead subculture. Many of them are affiliated with white nationalist organizations and some of them are members of prison gangs. The movement emerged in the United Kingdom between the late 1960s and the late 1970s, before spreading across Eurasia and North America in the 1980–1990s.

The German Apples Front, also called the Apple Front is a satirical organisation, founded in Leipzig in 2004. Denazification was carried out in Germany from 1945 to 1949 by the Allied forces of World War II, with an attempt of eliminating Nazism from the country. Roland Siegfried Borchardt was a German neo-Nazi of the Free fellowship and a former functionary of the Freedom German Workers' Party, which was banned in 1995. In the 2014 local elections, he won a seat on the city council of the city of Dortmund, as the party's leading candidate, but resigned after two months.

Gruppe S, named after founder Werner S., was an alleged far-right terrorist group in Germany that emerged on the internet in September 2019 and was dismantled in February 2020 with the arrest of several militants. They are said to have armed themselves in a few months, conducted target practice and planned simultaneous assassinations of Muslims in mosques, prominent politicians and people close to anti-fascist movements.
The New Order (NO) is a German neo-Nazi group recruited from both the Reichbürger movement and armed neo-Nazism. The founder and head of the group is neo-Nazi Meinolf Schönborn. In 2013, the federal prosecutor's office in Karlsruhe investigated members of the NO for founding a terrorist organization.
The Misanthropic Division, also known as Division Phoenix since 2016, is an international neo-Nazi group based in Ukraine which has been described as a paramilitary organization, or as a movement. They originated in 2014 to take part in the Euromaidan protests against the government of Viktor Yanukovych, with some members later fighting alongside the Azov Battalion and UAF in the Donbas region against Russian-backed separatists. Chapters of the group have also been reported to exist in other countries. According to researcher Natalia Yudina, it is not a centralized organization, and it has neither a rigid structure nor permanent leaders.
Denis Yevgenyevich Kapustin, commonly known as Denis Nikitin or by his nom-de-guerre White Rex, is a Russian-German neo-Nazi activist, former football hooligan, and militant. Kapustin became a subject of a Schengen Area-wide entry ban since spring of 2019. After moving to Ukraine, he founded the Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC) in 2022 and is the group's leader. The Russian government has labelled him a terrorist.
