Shirley McIntosh MBE (born 8 July 1965) is a retired Scottish sports shooter. [1]
McIntosh won a Gold and a Silver in the 1994 Commonwealth Games. [2]
At the 1997 Commonwealth Shooting Championships she won silver in the 50metre three position rifle event. [3]
At the 1998 Commonwealth Games she won Bronze in the Women's 50 metre rifle three position pairs and Bronze in the 50m rifle prone pairs, making her the second Scottish Woman to win four Commonwealth Games medals.
McIntosh is the mother of five-times Scottish Commonwealth Games medalist Jennifer McIntosh and double Olympian Seonaid McIntosh. [4]
McIntosh was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 1996 New Year Honours for services to shooting. [5]
McIntosh was inducted into the University of Edinburgh Sports Hall of Fame in 2011 [6] and into the Scottish Sports Hall of Fame in 2015. [7]
Yvonne Carole Grace Murray-Mooney, is a Scottish former middle-distance and long-distance track and road-running athlete. She won a bronze medal in the 3000 metres at the 1988 Olympic Games, and gold medals at this distance at the 1987 European Indoor Championships, the 1993 World Indoor Championships and the 1990 European Championships. She also won a gold medal in the 10,000 metres at the 1994 Commonwealth Games. Her 3000 metres best of 8:29.02 was set in the Olympic Final of 1988.

Donald McIntosh is a Scottish rifle shooter and coach from Elgin, born July 1966. He represented Scotland for the first time in 1989 at the Commonwealth Shooting Federation Championships in Wales. He has been capped 60 times, making him the seventh most capped Scottish shooter. He represented Scotland in the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games where he was unable to replicate his previous gold medal success in the Commonwealth Shooting Federation Championships. Donald began his international coaching career at the 2003 World University Shooting Championships and continues to coach his younger daughter Seonaid McIntosh and coached his older daughter Jennifer McIntosh until her retirement in 2018. He is the owner of Edinkillie Sports Services.
