Shiva Singh (born 16 October 1999) is an Indian cricketer who plays for Uttar Pradesh. [1]

Career

Singh made his List A debut for Uttar Pradesh in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 21 September 2018. [2] Prior to his List A debut, he was named in India's squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. [3]

In November 2018, during an under-23 match in India, Shiva bowled a delivery where he spun through 360 degrees, just prior to releasing the ball, with the umpire calling a dead ball. [4] [5]

He made his Twenty20 debut for Uttar Pradesh in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 21 February 2019. [6]

In November 2022 he conceded a record 43 runs with seven sixes in an over to batsman Ruturaj Gaikwad in a Vijay Hazare Trophy quarter-final, playing against the Maharashtra cricket team for Uttar Pradesh, in Ahmedabad, after his fifth delivery was declared a no-ball. [7]

Ruturaj Gaikwad is an Indian international cricketer who captains the Maharashtra cricket team in the T20, List A format and the current captain of Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He made his international debut for the India cricket team in July 2021 against Sri Lanka. He was the captain of the India squad which won the gold medal at the 2022 Asian Games. He was the leading run-scorer in the 2021 IPL season and also won emerging player of the season. He is captain of the Maharashtra team in T20 and List A cricket. He is the only Indian player to score a century against the Australian international team in T20Is.

Pratham Singh is an Indian cricketer. He is a left-handed opening batter who plays for Railways in domestic cricket and was part of the Kolkata Knight Riders squad for the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League. He made his List A debut for Railways in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 26 February 2017. He made his first-class debut for Railways in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy on 9 November 2017. He made his Twenty20 debut for Railways in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 21 February 2019. Himachal Pradesh were the defending champions. Saurashtra won the final match against Maharashtra by 5 wickets to clinch their second domestic title.
