The Shoro company is a beverage company in Kyrgyzstan. They sell four national beverages: Maksym Shoro (Kyrgyz : Максым Шоро), [1] [2] Chalap Shoro (Kyrgyz : Чалап Шоро), Jarma Shoro (Kyrgyz : Жарма Шоро), and Aralash Shoro (Kyrgyz : Аралаш Шоро). These beverages are the traditional drinks maksym, chalap, jarma, and a mix of the former two, respectively. These can be bought in bottles in a majority of stores, or "on tap" on street corners (see picture) and at bazaars in most cities in Kyrgyzstan. Additionally, they sell bottled carbonated water, marketing it as "Байтик".

Their primary competitor is Enesay, which produces similar beverages and distributes them in similar ways.

Chinese people in Kyrgyzstan have been growing in numbers since the late 1980s. 2008 police statistics showed 60,000 Chinese nationals living in the country. However, the 2009 census showed just 1,813 people who declared themselves to be of Chinese ethnicity.

Chalap, also marketed as Tan, is a beverage common to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. It consists of qatiq or suzma, salt, and in modern times, carbonated water.

Besh-Tash Nature Park is a nature park in Talas Region, Kyrgyzstan. It is located 13 km from the city of Talas. It was established in 1996. It currently covers 13,731.5 hectares, including 5,895 hectares of strictly protected area and 334.5 hectares for regulated recreational use.

Their products can be bought in bottles in a majority of stores, or "on tap" on street corners and at bazaars in most cities in the country.

Kara-Shoro Nature Park is a national park in Kyrgyzstan established in August 1996. The purpose of the park is conservation of the nature complex including geological formations, hydrological regimes, flora and fauna, and endangered species. It covers 14,440 hectares. Kara-Shoro River passes through the central part of the park.

The 2014 Kyrgyzstan League is the 23rd season of Kyrgyzstan League, the Football Federation of Kyrgyz Republic's top division of association football. Alay Osh are the defending champions, having won the previous season. The season will start on 21 March 2014.

Jarma is a cold beverage made from ground grains found in the cuisine of Kyrgyzstan. While related to the fermented drink maksym, it is not fermented, and is instead often mixed with ayran to result in a similar fizzy sensation.

Shoro-Bashat is a village in Osh Region of Kyrgyzstan. It is part of the Özgön District. Its population was 5,808 in 2021.
