Sierra Valley Gardens is a mixed-use development in Barangay San Juan, Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the former Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Inc. plant located on the boundary between Cainta and Taytay which is adjacent to the villages of Jansenville Subdivision, Saint Anthony, and Valley Golf. It is projected to be one of the financial districts of Cainta in the near future. The 18-hectare (44-acre) site being developed by Robinsons Land Corporation with the proposed Cyber Park due to its proximity to MNL1 Data Center and Robinsons Sierra Mall features Cainta's new high-end shopping center. Which is expected to become the largest mall in Cainta.

Location

Sierra Valley Gardens is located at the corner between Ortigas Avenue Extension and Suburban Drive in Barangay San Juan, Cainta, Rizal. The site was the former Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Inc. plant facility situated on the boundary between Cainta and Taytay, the Commercial Strip is bordered barangay San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal over the limiting wall which separates its land properties from Security Bank, Petron gasoline station, and Panasonic. It is adjacent to the villages of Jansenville Subdivision, Saint Anthony, and Valley Golf. [1]

History

Former Mitsubishi Motors plant in Cainta from 1963 to 2014, before the Mitsubishi Motors Philippines transferred its production site to Santa Rosa, Laguna in 2015. The site was the first plant of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Inc. which operated from 1963 to 2014, it also markets the popular models of L300, Lancer EX, Mirage and Montero Sport before it transferred its production site to Santa Rosa, Laguna in 2015. [2]

On October 27, 2020, the Robinsons Land Corporation officially opened its showroom on the 2nd floor of SM Primark Town Center which is also located at Ortigas Avenue Extension in Cainta, Rizal. [3] [4]

Background and feature

Sierra Valley Gardens is also can offer job amenities for the millennials and property investors for business purposes. The commercial strip will have some Business Process Outsourcing offices, those can attract more applicants to genarate more job employments to the residents of it's neighboring communities and even to the people from adjacent towns or cities. The Metro Rail Transit Line 4 (MRT-4) is an upcoming rapid transit line serving the Greater Manila Area of the Philippines. The 12.7 km (7.9 mi), 10-station elevated railway will connect Ortigas Center in Metro Manila and the suburban municipality of Taytay, Rizal. It will traverse along Ortigas Avenue and Manila East Road, starting at the former's junction with EDSA in Quezon City to the west until it terminates near the New Taytay Public Market to the east.

Radial Road 5, more commonly referred to as R-5, is a network of roads and bridges that all together form the fifth radial road of Manila in the Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the old United Laboratories (Unilab) pharmaceutical plant and adjacent retail market in the barangay Highway Hills adjoining the barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig to the east. The 15-hectare (37-acre) mixed commercial and residential complex is in the crossroads of EDSA and Shaw Boulevard immediately south of the Ortigas Center financial district. It consists of an office tower, condominium high-rises, a central park, retail centers and recreational facilities.
