Sietejów [ɕɛˈtɛjuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Skalbmierz, within Kazimierza County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. [1]

Further, the dwellings of a village are fairly close to one another, not scattered broadly over the landscape, as a dispersed settlement.

Gmina Skalbmierz is an urban-rural gmina in Kazimierza County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Skalbmierz, which lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Kazimierza Wielka and 63 km (39 mi) south of the regional capital Kielce.

Kazimierza County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, south-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Kazimierza Wielka, which lies 69 kilometres (43 mi) south of the regional capital Kielce. The only other town in the county is Skalbmierz, lying 9 km (6 mi) north-west of Kazimierza Wielka.

From this high peak, among several mountains of Albania, both Ohrid Lake and Prespa Lake can be seen as well as the third highest peak in the Republic of Macedonia, Baba Mountain or Pelister Mountain. The mountain has an anticlinal shape and is almost completely composed of mesozoic limestone formations. Mali i Thatë has craggy slopes, whereas its crest is almost flat but full of karstic cavities.

German submarine U-287 was a Type VIIC U-boat of Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine during World War II.
