Silver Columns is the collaborative effort of Johnny Lynch, aka The Pictish Trail (of the Fence Collective) and Adem Ilhan, bassist in post-rock outfit Fridge.

After releasing the singles "Brow Beaten" and "Yes, and Dance" anonymously, Silver Columns made their live debut at Fence Records’ annual hootenanny, Homegame in 2010 and continued to appear at festivals and venues throughout the year. They released the album Yes, and Dance in May 2010

Alan White (Yes drummer) English rock drummer

Alan White is an English drummer and songwriter best known for his tenure in the progressive rock band Yes, which he joined in 1972. In 1969, he joined the Plastic Ono Band after John Lennon invited him to play at the Toronto Rock and Roll Revival festival. White went on to play on other recordings from artists such as George Harrison, Ginger Baker's Air Force, and Terry Reid, and Lennon's "Imagine".

Yes is the tenth studio album by English synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys. It was released on 18 March 2009 by Parlophone. The album was recorded throughout 2008 and was produced by Brian Higgins and his production team Xenomania. Xenomania also co-wrote three of the tracks. Guitarist Johnny Marr and string arranger Owen Pallett appear as well. "Love Etc." was released on 16 March 2009 as the album's lead single.

The Pictish Trail

Johnny Lynch is a Scottish musician who performs under the pseudonym The Pictish Trail. After graduation from the University of St Andrews, Lynch ran Fence Records from 2003 until 2013 and has since been running Lost Map Records. Lynch has attended and played every Green Man Festival since its inception in 2003. He's also played as band member with other musicians, including James Yorkston and Malcolm Middleton. In 2010 he released an album and toured with Adem Ilhan under the name Silver Columns.

"Our Song" is a song by the progressive rock band Yes, from their 1983 album 90125. It reached number 32 on the U.S. Mainstream Rock chart in 1983.

Crystal Dawn Bright is an award-winning musician and multimedia artist from North Carolina. She is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, music teacher, performance artist, theatrical director & producer, and holistic health coach / nutritionist.
