The Gaslamp Quarter is a 16½-block neighborhood in the downtown area of San Diego, California. It extends from Broadway to Harbor Drive, and from 4th to 6th Avenue.

In 2014, a new tenant took over the building and made modifications to the exterior. However, the upper story and its distinctive roof remain intact. Several businesses currently occupy the space, including a 7-Eleven, Fident Capital, and Gbod Hospitality Group.
