Simon Evans (born 12 November 1990) is a racing driver from New Zealand and is the Champion of the 2019-2020 Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy season having driven for Team Asia New Zealand. He is the brother of Formula E racer Mitch Evans.
In 2012, the all-new V8SuperTourer category was launched and Evans secured an endurance drive with Kayne Scott for Farmer Racing Services. The pair achieved a podium at the Pukekohe 500. In 2013, Evans took over Scott's entry and raced the full season. Evans would finish 16th overall, with only a single podium over the season. In 2014, Evans claimed seven podium finishes and finished runner up behind four-time Bathurst 1000 winner, Greg Murphy. Evans would then win what would prove to be the final season for the V8SuperTourer category. Achieving nine wins from twelve races, it was a dominant display, and an eventual precursor for the NZ Touring Car Championship.
Following this season, Evans signed with Super Black Racing to contend the V8 Supercar Dunlop Series for 2015. Whilst Evans achieved modest results in his first full-time season overseas, it wasn't enough to secure him a drive for the following season. Other international campaigns included a guest drive in the Audi Sport TT Cup event at the Nürburgring in 2016, as well as a full-season stint in the Chinese-based FRD LMP3 Series.
After the V8SuperTourer category merged with the New Zealand V8s, the NZ Touring Car Championship was born. Evans would contend the next two championships, with performances equally as dominant as what was demonstrated in the final V8SuperTourers season. He would win 23 out of the 38 races he contended, and claim both championships before leaving the category in 2017.
In 2018, Evans joined Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy, a closed-wheel feeder series to Formula E, where his brother Mitch also races for the Jaguar team. He won his first race in Saudi Arabia, racing at the same weekend as Formula E series. [1]

Denis Clive Hulme, commonly known as Denny Hulme, was a New Zealand racing driver who won the 1967 Formula One World Drivers' Championship for the Brabham team. Between his debut at Monaco in 1965 and his final race in the 1974 US Grand Prix, he started 112 Grand Prix, resulting eight victories and 33 trips to the podium. He also finished third in the overall standing in 1968 and 1972.
Jaguar Racing is the name given to Jaguar Land Rover's racing interests. It currently competes in Formula E under the name Jaguar TCS Racing as a result of the partnership with Tata Consultancy Services. It was previously a Formula One constructor that competed in the FIA Formula One World Championship from 2000 to 2004. In addition to single seaters, the Jaguar brand also has rich history in various forms of sportscar racing, most notably with the XJR sportscars that enjoyed high success in the FIA World Sportscar Championship and also the IMSA GT Championship during the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Mitchell William Evans is a New Zealand professional racing driver. He currently drives for the Jaguar TCS Racing team in Formula E. In 2012, he won the GP3 Series and he raced in the GP2 Series for four years, achieving 14th place in 2013, fourth in 2014, fifth in 2015, and 12th in 2016.
Thomas Leonard Blomqvist is a New Zealand-based, Britain-born Swedish professional racing driver. He competes in the IMSA SportsCar Championship with Meyer Shank Racing. Blomqvist also competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship with United Autosports in the LMP2 category. Blomqvist won the 2022 and 2023 24 Hours of Daytona with Meyer Shank and the 2018 24 Hours of Spa with BMW Motorsport. He is the son of 1984 Swedish World Rally Champion, Stig Blomqvist, and raced under a Swedish racing licence until March 2010.
Stoffel Vandoorne is a Belgian professional racing driver who is currently racing for DS Penske in Formula E. He had previously competed in Formula One for McLaren from 2016 to 2018. He is currently a test driver for Aston Martin and McLaren. He was champion of the 2015 GP2 Series and the 2021–22 Formula E World Championship. He currently resides in both Monte Carlo (Monaco) and Roeselare (Belgium).
Alexander George Lynn is a British racing driver. He most recently competed in Formula E, driving for Mahindra Racing in the 2021 season, winning the second race of his home ePrix in London. Lynn has also competed full-time in the 2019–20 FIA World Endurance Championship driving for Aston Martin Racing, has won the 2017 12 Hours of Sebring, and finished sixth in the 2015 and 2016 GP2 Series.

Raffaele "Lello" Marciello is a Swiss-born Italian professional racing driver. A former member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, he was the 2013 European Formula Three Champion, a reserve and test driver for the Sauber Formula One team in 2015, and spent three seasons competing in the GP2 Series. The series, which consisted of five meetings of three races, began on 12 January at Teretonga Park in Invercargill, and ended on 10 February with the 58th running of the New Zealand Grand Prix, at Manfeild Autocourse in Feilding.

The 2014 V8SuperTourer season was a motor racing championship for touring cars held in New Zealand over four events between January and April 2014. All cars used a chassis built by Paul Ceprnich of Pace Innovations in Australia, and were powered by a Chevrolet LS7 7-litre engine.
The Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy was a battery electric zero-emission international motor racing series supporting the FIA Formula E Championship which ran two seasons from late 2018 to mid 2020. The series was cancelled after the 2019–20 season, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The eTrophy saw entrants compete in a race-prepared Jaguar I-Pace, also bearing the same name as the series, with the races taking place on selected Formula E weekends.
