Simrit Kaur, also known mononymously as Simrit, is a singer/songwriter born in Athens, Greece. She moved to the southeast in the United States as a toddler [1] and currently resides in California. [2]
Her own independent label, Simrit Kaur Music LLC, [3] released her album The Sweetest Nectar in 2010, which was produced by Simrit with the help of Ram Dass Khalsa [4] and Todd Boston [5] In 2013, Simrit released The Oracle Sessions. Simrit co-produced the album with Anthony Molina of Mercury Rev. In 2014, Simrit released her album titled Simrit, produced by Paul Mahern. Belinda Carlisle is featured on the album track “Kudrat Kavan”. [6] The album reached #2 on iTunes World Chart that year. In 2015, her album From The Ancient Storm was named one of the "10 Best Yoga Albums of the Year" by Yoga Journal [7] and reached #1 on iTunes World Chart as well as reached #3 on Billboard's New Age Chart. [8] Her release, Songs of Resilience (2016), [9] was ranked as #1 on iTunes World Chart[ citation needed ] and #6 on Billboard's New Age Chart. [10] Her release Live, Spring 2017 reached #1 on iTunes World Music Charts in United States, Australia and United Kingdom [11] and reached #8 on Billboard's New Age Chart. Black Eyed Peas is an American musical group consisting of rappers will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo. The group's lineup during the height of their popularity in the 2000s featured Fergie, who replaced Kim Hill in 2002. Originally an alternative hip hop group, they subsequently refashioned themselves as a more marketable pop-rap act. Although the group was founded in Los Angeles in 1995, it was not until the release of their third album Elephunk in 2003 that they achieved high record sales.
Deborah Cox is a Canadian singer, songwriter, actress, and record producer. Born and raised in Toronto, she began performing on television commercials at age 12, and entered various talent shows in her teenage years before becoming a professional backing vocalist for Celine Dion. He's been described by the New York Times as "the chant master of American yoga".

Martha Elaine Wash is an American singer-songwriter, actress, and producer. Known for her distinctive and powerful voice, Wash first achieved fame as half of the Two Tons O' Fun, along with Izora Armstead, as they sang backing vocals for the disco singer Sylvester including on his signature hit "You Make Me Feel ". After gaining their own record deal, they released three consecutive commercially successful songs which all peaked at number two in the dance charts. It was first released on August 28, 2009, through Sony Music in Europe, then August 31, 2009 with Arista Records in the United States before being released by RCA Records in the United Kingdom on October 19, 2009. The album was Houston's first non-holiday studio album since 2002's Just Whitney. Closer to the Truth is the twenty-fifth studio album by American singer and actress Cher. It was released on September 20, 2013, by Warner Bros. Records. Opting to re-establish her music career, she began planning the project in 2011, shortly after her appearance in the movie Burlesque and the conclusion of her residency show at Caesars Palace. Work continued into 2012 and 2013. While the album was initially planned to be pop rock-oriented, Closer to the Truth ultimately became a prominently dance-inspired record. She has performed at the Sydney Opera House and Lincoln Center, among others and in 2021 made her debut television performance, "Sangeeta Kaur and Friends", with Jon Anderson of Yes and Jake Shimabukuro, among others on PBS's Front & Center music series. Kaur performed vocals on Stewart Copeland's and Ricky Kej's 2022 Grammy Award Winning album, Divine Tides.
