Siran Samuel (born: 1997) is a South Sudanese beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Beauties of South Sudan 2014 and was dethroned by CEO Atong Demach [1] [2] and South Sudan's representative in Miss Earth 2015. [3] Samuel was supposed to compete in Miss Earth 2014 but Beauties of South Sudan, the license owner of Miss Earth in South Sudan, decided to withdraw for unprecedented circumstances that were out of their control, and would resume their participation the following year (2015). Beauties of South Sudan 2014

The second edition of Beauties of South Sudan was held at Freedom Hall in Juba, South Sudan on July 13, 2014. Siran was hailed as the top winner together with Sarah Gabrial and Akan William as runner up and winners of Miss International and Miss Grand South Sudan, respectively. Siran Samuel will now to represent South Sudan in an International pageant yet to be announce for by her manager Miss Atong Demach who was Miss World Africa 2012 and Miss World 3rd runner up. Beauties of South Sudan competition was composed of ten women from South Sudan ten states including Siran Samuel. Janelee Chaparro, Miss Grand International 2013, was at the event and Miss Earth 2013 was also set to attend along with her runner up and Miss Earth 2012 but for personal reasons their trip to South Sudan was cancelled. Siran Samuel represented South Sudan at the Miss Grand International 2015 pageant on October 25, 2015, in Bangkok, Thailand.

The South Sudanese queen is the first representative of South Sudan to Miss World and the first to win the title of Miss World Africa. She now works as the government of South Sudan's ambassador for culture and a public relations advisor to the government of Japan.

Agot Deng Jogaak is a South Sudanese beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Miss Earth South Sudan 2015. She is the first South Sudanese under the Miss South Sudan Foundation headed by the Miss Earth South Sudan 2009, Aheu Deng.

Miss Earth South Sudan is a title given to a South Sudanese who represents South Sudan at Miss Earth, which is an annual international beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness. The national pageant of Miss Earth for South Sudan is conducted by Miss South Sudan Foundation to which Carousel Productions, the owner of Miss Earth, awarded the franchise in 2015.

Miss Grand South Sudan is a national beauty pageant title awarded to women selected to represent South Sudan at the Miss Grand International pageant. The title was first awarded in 2014 on the stage of Beauties of South Sudan (B.O.S.S.) which was a national pageant held by former Miss World South Sudan, Atong Demach. However, the first titleholder, Akan William, did not compete internationally due to her university study issues. The partnership between the B.O.S.S. and the Miss Grand International firm was terminated in 2018; since then, to date, no South Sudanese representatives have additionally been sent to compete.
