Skai Group (News Dot Com S.A.) is one of the largest private media groups in Greece. It consists of one national television station, five radio stations, three web portals and one publishing house. The media group is connected with "Nees Kathimerines Ekdoseis Single Member S.A." which publishes the Greek newspaper Kathimerini.

Skai Group has organized many actions relative to the protection of the environment such as reforestation actions, actions to clean territories in Athens (Cephissus cleaning). After the big fire in Parnitha National Park during 2007 Greek forest fires, Skai Group along with Kathimerini and WWF Hellas have established "Parnitha Observatory" an action to inform people about the restoration of the burned areas. Since the beginning of 2010, Skai Group carries out an ongoing social campaign, known as Oloi Mazi Boroume (English translation: Together We Can), focused on raising public awareness and organizing events regarding various social matters in Greece. Examples of such events are; clothes collection for the poor, food collection for soup kitchens around Greece (run by the Greek Church) serving indigents, weekly medicine collection drives all over Greece for the uninsured. The campaign has a close collaboration to the Greek Orthodox Church, in almost all its nationwide operations, aiming to help victims of the Greek government-debt crisis. [6]

"Skai Periballon" (English translation: Skai Environment) is the name for all environmental actions Skai Group organizes; such events include tree planting, tree watering, recycling electrical appliances and a lot of accessories and volunteer clean-up actions in various locations around Greece such as: beaches, forests, archaeological sites, villages, popular landmarks, etc.

Big Brother Greece 7 is the seventh season of the Greek reality television series Big Brother. The show began airing on 29 August 2021 on Skai TV. It is the second season of Big Brother to air on Skai TV. The show also simulcast live in Cyprus on Sigma TV like in the last season.

The eighth season of the talent show The Voice of Greece premiered on September 18, 2021 on Skai TV and Sigma TV. Giorgos Lianos is the host for the third time, while the three coaches from the previous five seasons, Helena Paparizou, Sakis Rouvas and Panos Mouzourakis return, welcoming Konstantinos Argyros as the new coach, replacing Eleonora Zouganeli. Valia Hatzitheodwrou will be the backstage host for all the rounds, except the Blind Auditions, replacing Laura Narjes.

The Masked Singer is a Greek reality singing competition television series that premiered on Skai TV on 31 March 2022. It is part of the Masked Singer franchise which began in South Korea and features celebrities singing songs while wearing head-to-toe costumes and face masks concealing their identities. The show is hosted by Sakis Rouvas, the program employs panelists who guess the celebrities' identities by interpreting clues provided to them throughout each season. Elisavet Konstantinidou, Thodoris Marantinis, Nikos Moutsinas and Athina Oikonomakou appear in each episode and vote alongside an audience for their favorite singer after all perform. The least popular is eliminated, taking off their mask to reveal their identity. The first season ended on 2 July 2022 with actor Renos Haralambidis coming in first as "Minotavros" and singer Sarbel coming in second as "Moro".

Love Island is a Greek dating reality show based on the British series Love Island. Following the premise of other versions of the Love Island format, the show features a group of single contestants, known as "islanders" who live together in a luxury villa that is isolated from the outside world, in an attempt to find love. Throughout the series, the contestants "couple up" to avoid being dumped from the villa. As old islanders are dumped, new islanders will enter the villa. At the end, Greece will vote one final time to determine the winning couple. It premiered on 29 September 2022, on Skai TV. The show was hosted by Iliana Papageorgiou and narrated by Vangelis Giannopoulos.

The first series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (Greece) broadcasts on Skai TV at the fall 2023. Giorgos Lianos and Kalomoira Sarantis host the show. The show premiered in October 2023. The official trailer of the show was released on 29 September, starring the two hosts, along with castaways, Nikos Vamvakoulas and Rahil Makri. On 3 October, it was officially announced that the show will premiere on Wednesday 11, 2023 at 22.20pm. The show aired two times a week, every Wednesday and Thursday at 22.20pm.
