Skobelevo is a village in Lovech Municipality, Lovech Province, northern Bulgaria. [1]
Lovech Municipality is a municipality (obshtina) in Lovech Province, Central-North Bulgaria, located on the border between the area of the Fore-Balkan and the Danubian Plain. It is named after its administrative centre - the city of Lovech which is also the capital of the province.
Lovech Province is one of the 28 provinces of Bulgaria, lying at the northern centre of the country. It is named after its main city - Lovech. As of December 2009, the population of the area is 151,153.
