Smita Patil was an Indian film and theatre actress. Patil is regarded among the finest and greatest stage and film actresses in the history of Indian cinema. She appeared in over 80 films in several languages, but mostly in Hindi and Marathi, in a career that spanned just over a decade. Patil is a recipient of two National Film Awards, a Filmfare Award, two Filmfare Awards Marathi and received the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian honour in 1985.

Jisshu Sengupta is an Indian actor, producer, television presenter, who predominantly works in Bengali films. He has also acted in a few Hindi films. Sengupta made his debut through a Bengali TV series, Mahaprabhu (1996) where he portrayed the role of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu; the role gained him much recognition. Subsequently, he made his film debut with Priyojon (1999), which became a debacle at the box office. In 2002, he played Tagore in Sukanta Roy's ambitious venture Chelebela alongside Debashree Roy playing Kadambari Devi. following which he appeared in a spate of critically and commercially unsuccessful projects. He made his Bollywood debut with Shyam Benegal's National Award winning film Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose: The Forgotten Hero (2004). A turning point came in his career when he collaborated with Rituparno Ghosh for the latter's Abohomaan, which earned him critical acclaim. His subsequent collaborations with Ghosh for films which include Shob Charitro Kalponik and Noukadubi brought him a higher degree of critical and commercial success. Sengupta's collaborations with other directors for films such as Jaatishwar enabled him to become one of the most sought out actors in Bengali cinema.
Prateik Patil Babbar is an Indian actor and martial artist who predominantly appears in Hindi films. The son of late actress Smita Patil and actor Raj Babbar, he began his career as a production assistant before pursuing an acting career. Prior to his screen debut, Babbar appeared in television advertisements for a variety of products, including Nestle KitKat, on the recommendation of the filmmaker Prahlad Kakkar. Since his debut in Bollywood, Babbar has received accolades such as a Filmfare Award and a Stardust Award.
My Friend Pinto is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language musical comedy film written and directed by Raaghav Dar, in his feature-length directorial debut. It stars Prateik Babbar as Michael Pinto, a well intentioned simpleton and follows his misadventures over the course of a New Year's Eve in Mumbai. Produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screwvala, and distributed by UTV Motion Pictures, it has elements of picaresque, slapstick comedy and multiple musical sequences. Shivajirao Girdhar Patil was an Indian social activist and politician from the state of Maharashtra. He began his social activism at an early age when he participated in the Indian independence movement. Post-independence, he was associated with various political parties and had been member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and even the Rajya Sabha for one term. In 2013, he was presented with the Padma Bhushan, India's third highest civilian award. He was the father of Indian film actress Smita Patil.

Chakravyuh – An Inspector Virkar Crime Thriller is a Hindi-language Indian crime thriller MX Original web series, directed by Sajit Warrier and produced by Applause Entertainment Ltd, Kailash Surendranath, Arti Surendranath and Mayavid Online LLP. The series features Prateik Babbar, Simran Mundi, Ruhi Singh, Ashish Vidyarthi, Shiv Panditt, Gopal Dutt & Asif Basra. The show is based on the story and characters created by Filmmaker/Author Piyush Jha in his third book Anti-Social Network, from his Inspector Virkar Crime-Thriller book series. The show follows Inspector Virkar who is out to solve a murder case that seems to be linked to cybercrime. The show was made available for streaming on OTT platform MX Player for free from 12 March 2021.
Bhanwar is a sci-fi thriller series starring Karanvir Bohra, Priya Banerjee, Teejay Sidhu, Payal Sodhi and Mantra in key roles. The web series marks the directional debut of TV actor, Karanvir Bohra. Its about a couple who moves into a new apartment and discovers that the place is already occupied by their own ghosts, it also focuses on the theme of time travel. India Lockdown is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and produced by P J Motion Pictures and Pen India Limited along with Bhandarkar Entertainment. The film stars an ensemble cast of Shweta Basu Prasad, Aahana Kumra, Prateik Babbar, Sai Tamhankar, Prakash Belawadi and Saanand Verma. The film was scheduled for a world premiere at the 52nd International Film Festival of India. The film was commercially released on ZEE5 on December 2, 2022. The movie deals with the repercussions of COVID-19 lockdown in India and how the people of the country struggled through it.
