Smile is the third studio album by Belgian trio Lasgo. It features the singles "Out of My Mind", "Gone", "Lost" and "Over You". The album is Jelle Van Dael's first contribution as the vocalist for Lasgo, after singer Evi Goffin was replaced. [1] All songs written and produced by Jef Martens and Peter Luts.

Lasgo were a Belgian electronic music group. The group formed in 1999 was composed of Evi Goffin, David Vervoort, Peter Luts, and Dave McCullen). Peter Luts confirmed on Belgian radio in 2008 that Evi Goffin was not returning to the band, after choosing to become a full-time mother. Luts announced around the same time that he was looking for a new vocalist for the band. Together with Belgian TV station JIMtv, he organized a televised search for a new vocalist, that came to pick Van Dael as the singer.

Dave McCullen is a Belgian record producer, DJ, and musician, who was a producer and composer for Ian van Dahl, and a founding member of the group Lasgo, along with producer Peter Luts and vocalist Evi Goffin. McCullen left Lasgo after the release of the 2006 album Some Things, and was replaced by Jef Martens. Peter Luts confirmed on Belgian radio in 2008 that Evi Goffin was not returning to Lasgo, after choosing to become a full-time mother. However Goffin later stated that she did not want to leave Lasgo, but had several conflicts with her management. On April 21, 2009 Dave McCullen became Evi Goffin's boyfriend and had kids.

Astroline were a Belgian Eurodance project by DJ/producer Bart Smolders, Christophe Chantzis and Stefan Wuyts, who were together from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s. They are best known for their hit single "Feel The Fire". Vocals were done by Kathleen Goossens. Other producers involved were Gert Corvers and Peter Luts. On stage singer Kathleen Goossens was accompanied by Gert Covers on keyboard and two dancers.
