Hum TV HD is a 24-hour Urdu general entertainment TV channel based in Karachi, Pakistan. It was founded by Sultana Siddiqui and Duraid Qureshi. It is owned by Hum Network Limited and traded on the Pakistan Stock Exchange as (HUMNL).

He has written dialogue for the Indian movie Tere Bin Laden, and has written screenplays for several television series. In 2019, he received a nomination for Best Actor for his role in the 2018 film Cake, at the 18th Lux Style Awards.
Iqra Aziz Hussain is a Pakistani actress who works in Urdu television known for her portrayals in social to comic girl next door. She is the recipient of several accolades, including three Lux Style Awards and four Hum Awards.
Farah Shah is a Pakistani television actress and former model. She made her acting debut with the role of Mehru in PTV World's classic series Boota From Toba Tek Singh (1999). Shah's career spans for more than 20 years. Momina Duraid is a Pakistani director and producer. She is a senior producer and creative head of television network Hum TV and CEO of her own production company MD Productions. She has produced and created several series including Dastaan (2010), Qaid-e-Tanhai (2010–11), Humsafar (2011–12), Shehr-e-Zaat (2012), Zindagi Gulzar Hai (2012–13), Diyar-e-Dil (2015), Sadqay Tumhare (2015), Mann Mayal (2016), Udaari (2016), Bin Roye (2016), Yaqeen Ka Safar (2017), Suno Chanda (2018) and Ehd-e-Wafa (2019).
Suno Chanda is a 2018 Pakistani Ramadan romantic comedy series developed by Shahzad Javed, directed by Ahson Talish, and written by Saima Akram Chaudhry. The series celebrates Pakistani wedding traditions and narrates the story of a couple who are cousins in Nikaah, living separately as the Rukhsati is yet to happen, and the relationship between their families. It was aired every day on Hum TV.
Suno Chanda 2 is a 2019 Pakistani romantic comedy television series produced by Momina Duraid under their production banner MD Productions. It is a sequel to the 2018 series Suno Chanda. It is directed by Ahson Talish and written by Saima Akram Chaudhry. The first episode of the series was aired on 7 May 2019. In this sequel, Farhan Saeed and Iqra Aziz reprise their roles as Arsal and Ajiya respectively. It also focuses on story of Mithu and Maina played by Raza Talish and Sabeena Farooq respectively. The serial became a sleeper hit in Pakistan, India and the United Kingdom.

Saima Akram Chaudhry is a Pakistani screenwriter. She is known for her work in Pakistani television serials. She has also written the scripts of light-hearted Ramadan special dramas including Suno Chanda, Chupke Chupke, Hum Tum, Ishq Jalebi and Chaudhry and Sons.
Mashal Khan is a Pakistani television actress who gained popularity by playing the role of "Kinza" in the serial Suno Chanda (2018), which proved to be the breakthrough for her.
Sami Khan is a Pakistani child actor. He is known for his role as DJ in Suno Chanda for which he received Hum Awards for Best Child Actor. In 2019, Khan appeared in film Heer Maan Ja.
Sahira Kazmi is a retired Pakistani actress, producer and director. She is best known for her role in the country's first-ever colour series Parchaiyan (1976) and for producing the cult-classic blockbuster series Dhoop Kinare (1987) and the acclaimed drama Nijaat (1993). She along with Uzma Gillani, Roohi Bano, Tahira Naqvi and Khalida Riyasat dominated the television screens of Pakistan during 1970s and 1980s.
