Cleveland Clinic is an American nonprofit academic medical center based in Cleveland, Ohio. Owned and operated by the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, an Ohio nonprofit corporation, Cleveland Clinic was founded in 1921 by a group of faculty and alumni from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. The Clinic runs a 170-acre (69-hectare) main campus in Cleveland, as well as 14 affiliated hospitals, 20 family health centers in Northeast Ohio, 5 affiliated hospitals in Florida, and cancer center in Nevada. International operations include the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi hospital in the United Arab Emirates and Cleveland Clinic Canada, which has two executive health and sports medicine clinics in Toronto. Another hospital campus in the United Kingdom, Cleveland Clinic London, opened to outpatients in 2021 and fully opened in 2022. Tomislav Mihaljevic is the president and CEO.
The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, formerly known as the Miami Valley RTA, is a public transit agency that generally serves the greater Dayton, Ohio area. The GDRTA serves communities within Montgomery County and parts of Greene County, Ohio, USA. There are 18 routes. RTA operates diesel and electric trolley buses seven days a week, 21 hours a day, and provides services to many citizens within the area. RTA's current CEO is Bob Ruzinsky. In 2023, the system had a ridership of 6,570,600, or about 24,700 per weekday as of the third quarter of 2024.

Founded in 1912, it is one of only two Level I trauma centers in the state of Oregon, and home to the only burn center between Seattle and Sacramento. The hospital is also home to the Life Flight Network (MEDEVAC), the first of its kind instituted on the U.S. West Coast. The 554-bed facility provides a full range of services, including conventional surgery, heart treatment, critical care, neurology/stroke care/brain surgery, and care for high-risk pregnancies. Legacy Emanuel also houses the Randall Children's Hospital. It is one of the hospitals in the area where gun shot victims are routinely brought in.

The Boonshoft School of Medicine, also known as Wright State University School of Medicine, is an accredited medical school at Wright State University. It is located in Dayton, Ohio, United States and serves the Miami Valley region of southwestern Ohio. The school was renamed in 2005 in honor of Oscar Boonshoft who gifted $28.5 million to further medical education, research, and scholarship.
Premier Health Miami Valley Hospital South is a hospital in Centerville, Ohio. It is a branch of Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and is managed by Premier Health. Designed and constructed in 2007 as an outpatient facility with an emergency department, the facility grew faster than expected and became a full-service hospital with as office building for physicians and a five-story patient wing added between 2009 and 2013. As of 2013, the hospital is a 579,000-square-foot (53,800 m2) complex on a 115-acre (47 ha) campus adjacent to Interstate 675. It has 60 beds and features a number of specialty care options including oncology, cardiology, sports medicine, and maternity care to cater to the suburban community surrounding the hospital.

Mount Carmel East is a primary care hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Located on a 77-acre (31 ha) campus just outside of the suburb of Reynoldsburg, the hospital serves the east side of Columbus as well as other smaller communities. Mount Carmel East is part of Mount Carmel Health System, which was founded in 1886 by the Sisters of the Holy Cross. It is located off Interstate 270 and is accessible from the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) public transport network. The hospital opened in 1972, and has expanded since, becoming the largest hospital in the Mount Carmel Health System network and the fourth-largest hospital in Central Ohio. As of 2022 it is one of the top 10 largest non-profit employers in the State of Oregon with nearly 7,000 employees and volunteers. The Corvallis-based nonprofit was founded in 1997 when Mid-Valley Healthcare in Lebanon and Samaritan Inc. of Corvallis merged in an effort to more efficiently serve their communities. Over the years other organizations have joined Samaritan Health, such as FirstCare Health (Albany) in 1999, and the North Lincoln Health District (Lincoln City) in 2001 and Pacific Communities Health (Newport) in 2002. Samaritan Inc. began in 1948 when the Episcopal Church in Western Oregon, enabled the Corvallis General Hospital's reorganization as a not-for-profit facility.
UNC Medical Center (UNCMC) is a 932-bed non-profit, nationally ranked, public, research and academic medical center located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, providing tertiary care for the Research Triangle, surrounding areas and North Carolina. The medical center is the flagship campus of the UNC Health Care Health System and is made up of four hospitals that include the North Carolina Memorial Hospital, North Carolina Children's Hospital, North Carolina Neurosciences Hospital, North Carolina Women's Hospital, and the North Carolina Cancer Hospital. UNCMC is affiliated with the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. UNCMC features an ACS designated adult and pediatric Level 1 Trauma Center and has a helipad to handle medevac patients.
