Giving it a "C", Alanna Nash of Entertainment Weekly thought that the songs were mostly derivative of Lee Greenwood and The Desert Rose Band. [2]

The Trouble with the Truth is the eighth studio album by American country music artist Patty Loveless, released on January 23, 1996. It peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Top Country albums charts, and number 86 on the Pop charts. It was certified Platinum for shipments of over 1,000,000 copies in the U.S. The singles "Lonely Too Long" and "You Can Feel Bad" both made number 1 on the Hot Country Songs charts; "She Drew a Broken Heart" hit number 4. "A Thousand Times a Day" and the title track both made Top 20 hitting number 13 and 15 respectively.
Can't Run from Yourself is the 20th studio album by American country music singer Tanya Tucker, released on October 6, 1992. There were three Billboard Top Ten Country Singles from Can't Run from Yourself: "It's a Little Too Late" and "Two Sparrows in a Hurricane" both at #2, and "Tell Me About It," a duet with Delbert McClinton, at #4. The album peaked at #12 on the Country Albums chart. Tammy Wynette would later cover "What Do They Know" for her 1994 album Without Walls.

Of the album's ten tracks, Diffie co-wrote four of them, including its most successful single: "Is It Cold in Here". The album itself has been certified gold by the RIAA. The track "Goodnight Sweetheart" was recorded by David Kersh on his 1996 debut album.

4 Runner is the debut studio album by American country music group 4 Runner, released on May 9, 1995 on the Nashville division of Polydor Records. It produced the singles "Cain's Blood", "A Heart with 4 Wheel Drive", "Home Alone", and "Ripples", all of which charted on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs charts. Of these four singles, "Cain's Blood" was the only one to chart within the Top 40, peaking at #26.
Mark Wills is the debut studio album by American country music singer Mark Wills. Released in 1996 on Mercury Nashville Records, the album produced three hit singles on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts: "Jacob's Ladder", "High Low and In Between", and "Places I've Never Been", which peaked at #6, #33, and #5, respectively. Turner Nichols was an American country music duo composed of singer-songwriters Zack Turner and Tim Nichols. Signed to BNA Records in 1993, the duo recorded a self-titled debut album for the label that year, with two of that album's singles charting on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. Although it was their only recording together, both members of the duo wrote several songs together in the 1990s, including hit singles for Keith Whitley and Jo Dee Messina.
Unconditional Love is the forty-seventh album by American singer/guitarist Glen Campbell, released in 1991. The title track "Unconditional Love" was the first single, reaching No. 27 on the Hot Country Singles chart, while "Living in a House Full of Love" was the second single. The album itself did not chart in the US, but did chart briefly in New Zealand reaching No. 48.
I Finally Found Someone is a duet studio album by American country music artists Lorrie Morgan and Sammy Kershaw. It was released in 2001 by RCA Records Nashville and it is largely composed of duets between the two artists. Six of the songs are duets, while the other six are solo efforts. The only chart single from this album was "He Drinks Tequila", one of the duets, which peaked at No. 39 on the Billboard country chart. The title track is a cover of the Barbra Streisand/Bryan Adams duet. "What a Wonderful World", a cover of a song made famous by Louis Armstrong, is also included here.
Daryle Singletary is the debut studio album by American country music singer Daryle Singletary. It was released in 1995 via Giant Records Nashville. The album includes four singles: "I'm Living Up to Her Low Expectations", "I Let Her Lie", "Too Much Fun" and "Workin' It Out", all of which charted on the Billboard country singles charts between 1995 and 1996. Although "I Let Her Lie" and "Too Much Fun" were both Top 5 country hits, the album only peaked at #44 on Top Country Albums.

It was released in August 1992 as the first of five singles from his third studio album, T-R-O-U-B-L-E.
