Dragon Ash is a Japanese rap rock group founded in 1996 by Kenji "KJ" Furuya and Sakurai Makoto. They were one of the first groups to popularize hip hop in Japan. Dragon Ash is a member of Mob Squad, which is an affiliation with the bands Source and Endive. Dragon Ash uses the French fleur-de-lis as their band logo/symbol.
Tetsuya Komuro is a Japanese musician, singer-songwriter, composer and record producer. He is recognized as the most successful producer in Japanese music history and introduced dance music to the Japanese mainstream. He was also a former owner of the disco Velfarre located in Roppongi, Tokyo. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in pop throughout the 1990s.
"Forgiveness" is the 30th single released by Ayumi Hamasaki, and her 17th number one. It came out on August 20, 2003. Though "Forgiveness" reached No. 1 on the Oricon charts, its total sales were disappointing, selling only 220,000 copies, 370,000 less than Hamasaki's previous single, "&", which sold 590,000 copies. It was used as the drama Kōgen e Irasshai's theme song.

"Daybreak" is a song recorded by Japanese recording artist and lyricist Ayumi Hamasaki, released on March 6, 2002 as the eighth and final single on her fourth studio album I am.... Influenced by the recent events off the September 11 attacks in New York City and Washington D.C. in North America, Hamasaki sought a new inspiration for her then-forthcoming album; instead off writing songs about confusion, loneliness and love like her previous efforts, she was encouraged to engage in more peaceful and worldly themes. This resulted in several songs on I Am..., including "Daybreak".
"Addicted to You" is a song by Japanese-American recording artist Utada Hikaru from her second studio album Distance (2001). It was released as the album's lead single on September 6, 1999 by EMI Music Japan. "Addicted to You" was written by Utada and produced by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis; this is her first collaboration with American producers and composers. The single artwork was shot by American photographer Richard Avedon and features two black-and-white figures of Utada. Musically, "Addicted to You" is an R&B and rock song.

Cascade is a Japanese visual kei rock band, with a sound not typical of others in the movement, in that it is strongly influenced by new wave music. The band formed in 1993 and disbanded in August 2002, but six years later the band reunited and released a new album in 2009, Vivo.

"Colors" is Utada Hikaru's 12th Japanese-language single, and is the only single she released in 2003. It was released on January 29, 2003 and debuted at number one on the Oricon charts with 437,903 copies sold in the first week, and became her fifth single to achieve two consecutive weeks at the number one slot, a comparatively rare feat. Two versions were released, CD and DVD.
Our Time is the ninth single of Japanese pop group Dream. The single reached #25 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for three weeks. The title track was used as an opening theme for the TV Tokyo show Sukiyaki!! London Boots Daisakusen. The music video of the song was shot on the location of Oahu Island in Hawaii.
iKon (Korean: 아이콘), stylized as iKON, is a South Korean boy band formed in 2015 by YG Entertainment, consisting of six members: Bobby, Jinhwan, Ju-ne, Yunhyeong, Donghyuk and Chanwoo. First introduced in the reality survival show WIN: Who is Next as "Team B", the group went on to appear in the 2014 reality survival show Mix & Match, which determined the final membership lineup of iKon. Originally a seven-piece band, B.I, departed from the group in June 2019.
