The River Severn, at 220 miles (354 km) long, is the longest river in Great Britain. It is also the river with the most voluminous flow of water by far in all of England and Wales, discharging an average of 107 m3/s (3,800 cu ft/s) into the Bristol Channel at Apperley, Gloucestershire.
The River Meon is a river that flows through an area of Hampshire in southern England known as the Meon Valley, it flows generally southwards from the South Downs to the Solent. For most of its route it is a chalk stream, with a length of 21 miles (34 km).

The Vedavathi is a river in India. It rises from the Bababudanagiri Mountains of Western Ghats and flows through the states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The Vedavathi is also called the Hagari in Bellary District of Karnataka and parts of Andhra Pradesh. Two rivers, the Veda and Avathi, arise in the eastern part of the Sahyadri Hill range in Bababudangiri mountain ranges, flow east, and join near Pura to form the Vedavathi River. From there the river flows through Kadur Taluk Of Chikkamagalur District. Then it enters Hosadurga Taluk, Hiriyur Taluk and Challakere Taluk of Chitradurga district, respectively.
The Tungabhadra River is a river in India that starts and flows through the state of Karnataka during most of its course, before flowing along the border between Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and ultimately joining the Krishna River near Sangameswaram village in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. In the epic Ramayana, the Tungabhadra River was known by the name of Pampa.

Ångardsvatnet is a lake in the municipality of Oppdal in Trøndelag county, Norway. The 3.24-square-kilometre (1.25 sq mi) lake lies in the Storlidalen valley, about 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) northwest of the village of Lønset and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) west of the village of Oppdal. The lake is about 4.8 kilometres (3.0 mi) long and about 950 metres (3,120 ft) wide. It is surrounded by the Trollheimen mountain range including the mountains Gråfjellet, Kråkvasstind, and Lorthøa to the south and Bårdsgardskammen and Okla to the north. The lake Gjevillvatnet lies in the next valley to the north of Ångardsvatnet.
The River Thaw is a river in the Vale of Glamorgan, south Wales. At 20 kilometres/12.4 miles, it is the longest river entirely in the Vale of Glamorgan.
