South Florida PGA Championship

The South Florida PGA Championship is a golf tournament that is the championship of the South Florida section of the PGA of America. [1] The tournament has been played annually since 1979, the year the section was founded. Alan Morin and Paul Trittler have the most victories with three. PGA Tour winners who have also won the South Florida PGA Championship include Bruce Fleischer (twice), Julius Boros, Bob Murphy, and Tom Shaw.

The Senior PGA Championship, established in 1937, is the oldest of the five major championships in men's senior golf. It was formerly an unofficial money event on the European Senior Tour, but since 2007 has been an official money event. Winners gain entry into the next PGA Championship. Brooks Koepka is an American professional golfer who plays in the LIV Golf League. He formerly played on the PGA Tour. In October 2018, Koepka became world number one in the Official World Golf Ranking and remained for 47 weeks after winning the 2018 CJ Cup. He won the U.S. Open in 2017 and 2018, and the PGA Championship in 2018 and 2019, becoming the first golfer in history to hold back-to-back titles in two majors simultaneously. In 2023 Koepka won the PGA Championship for the third time, bringing his total to five majors won within six years. He started his career on the European Challenge Tour and eventually the European Tour. Koepka played college golf at Florida State University.

Daniel F. Berger is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. After turning pro at age 20 in 2013, he won the FedEx St. Jude Classic in both 2016 and 2017 and the Charles Schwab Challenge in 2020, the first PGA Tour tournament played after a three-month hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In February 2021, he won the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am; clinching victory with an eagle on the 18th hole.

The 2020–21 PGA Tour was the 106th season of the PGA Tour, the main professional golf tour in the United States. It was also the 53rd season since separating from the PGA of America, and the 15th edition of the FedEx Cup.
