The Southeast Missouri State Redhawks baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, United States. [2] The team is a member of the Ohio Valley Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. The team plays its home games at Capaha Field in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The Redhawks are coached by Andy Sawyers.

The Southeast Missouri State Redhawks are the athletic teams of Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO), located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, United States. The Redhawks athletic program is a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) and competes at the NCAA Division I level including the Football Championship Subdivision. The SEMO mascot is Rowdy the Redhawk and the school colors are red and black.

The Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football program is the intercollegiate American football team for the Southeast Missouri State University located in the U.S. state of Missouri. The team competes in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) and are members of the Ohio Valley Conference. The school's first football team was fielded in 1902. The team plays its home games at the 11,015-seat Houck Stadium. They are coached by Tom Matukewicz.

The Southeast Missouri State Redhawks men's basketball team represents Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Ohio Valley Conference. The Redhawks play their home games at the Show Me Center. Prior to January 2005, the team's nickname was the Indians. Prior to joining NCAA Division I, they participated in the NAIA and NCAA Division II. They were NAIA national champions in 1943.

Capaha Field is a baseball venue in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, United States. It is home to the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks college baseball team of the NCAA Division I Ohio Valley Conference. The field is located two blocks away from the Southeast Missouri State campus. It has a capacity of 2,000 spectators and is also home to the Prospect League summer collegiate Cape Catfish, the amateur Cape Capahas baseball team and local youth American Legion baseball.

The 2010 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) during the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Redhawks played their home games at Houck Stadium in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. With fifth-year head coach Tony Samuel, the Redhawks finished the season 9–3 and in first place in the OVC. The team also made the second round of the FCS playoffs and lost to eventual FCS champion Eastern Washington. This season was the first and only winning season in Samuel's tenure from 2006 to 2013 as Southeast Missouri State head coach. It was also Southeast Missouri State's first winning season since 2002 and first-ever FCS playoff appearance.

The 2016–17 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks men's basketball team represented Southeast Missouri State University during the 2016–17 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Redhawks, led by second-year head coach Rick Ray, played their home games at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as members of the West Division of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 15–18, 9–7 in OVC play to finish in second place in the West Division. They defeated Tennessee State in the first round of the OVC Tournament to advance to the quarterfinals where they lost to Jacksonville State.

The 1987 Southeast Missouri State Indians football team represented Southeast Missouri State University during the 1987 NCAA Division II football season, and completed the 83rd season of Indians football. The Indians played their home games at Houck Stadium in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The 1987 team came off a 6–5 record from the previous season. The 1987 team was led by coach Bob Smith. The team finished the season with a 6–4–1 record and won a share of the Missouri Intercollegiate Athletic Association championship.

The 2017–18 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks men's basketball team represented Southeast Missouri State University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Redhawks, led by third-year head coach Rick Ray, played their home games at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as members of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 14–17, 8–10 in OVC play to finish in seventh place.

The Redhawks played their home games at Houck Stadium in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. With fifth-year head coach Tony Samuel, the Redhawks finished the season 2–9 and in last place in the OVC.

The 2018–19 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks men's basketball team represented Southeast Missouri State University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Redhawks, led by fourth-year head coach Rick Ray, played their home games at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as members of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 10–21 overall, 5–13 in OVC play, finishing in 11th place. Only the top eight teams can play in the OVC Tournament, so the Redhawks did not qualify this season.

Wayne Goddard was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at his alma mater, Southeast Missouri State University, from 1947 to 1951, compiling a record of 10–30–5. Goddard coached at Dexter High School in Dexter, Missouri before serving the United States Navy officer during World War II. While in the service, he played for the 1942 Pensacola Naval Air Station Goslings football team. Goddard was later an assistant principal at Cape Central High School in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

The 2019–20 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks men's basketball team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Redhawks, led by fifth-year head coach Rick Ray, played their home games at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as members of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 7–24, 3–15 in OVC play to finish in last place. They failed to qualify for the OVC Tournament.

The 2020–21 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks men's basketball team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Redhawks, led by first-year head coach Brad Korn, played their home games at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as members of the Ohio Valley Conference.

The 1999–2000 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks men's basketball team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the 1999–2000 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Redhawks, led by fifth-year head coach Gary Garner, played their home games at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as members of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 24–7, 14–4 in OVC play to finish in second place. They won the OVC Tournament to receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Southeast Missouri State was the No. 13 seed in the West region and they lost to LSU in the opening round. As of 2021, this is the only time the Redhawks have participated in the Men’s Division I NCAA Tournament.
