The UT Martin Skyhawks baseball team represents the University of Tennessee at Martin, which is located in Martin, Tennessee. The Skyhawks are an NCAA Division I college baseball program that competes in the Ohio Valley Conference. They began competing in Division I in 1993 and joined the Ohio Valley Conference the same season.
The UT Martin Skyhawks play all home games on campus at Skyhawk Baseball Field. Over their 27 seasons in the Ohio Valley Conference, they have played in four OVC Tournaments. The Skyhawks have yet to play in the NCAA Division I Tournament.
Since the program's inception in 1957, one Skyhawk has gone on to play in Major League Baseball, pitcher Alec Mills. Three other Skyhawks have been drafted.
Skyhawk Park is a baseball stadium on the UT Martin campus in Martin, Tennessee that seats 500 people. It opened in 1974. [2]
During their time in Division II, the Skyhawks reached the NCAA Division II baseball tournament twice. [3]

The University of Tennessee at Martin is a public university in Martin, Tennessee. It is one of the five campuses of the University of Tennessee system. UTM is the only public university in West Tennessee outside of Memphis.
The UT Martin Skyhawks football program is the intercollegiate American football team for the University of Tennessee at Martin in Martin, Tennessee. The team competes in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC). The school's first football team was fielded in 1925, while known as Hall-Moody Junior College. The team plays its home games at the 7,500 seat Graham Stadium. They are coached by Jason Simpson.

The Dallas Baptist Patriots baseball team represents Dallas Baptist University, which is located in Dallas, Texas. The Patriots are an NCAA Division I college baseball program that competes in Conference USA. They began competing in Division I in 2004 and joined the Missouri Valley Conference in 2014 after only one season with the Western Athletic Conference. They are the only Dallas Baptist program in Division I and Conference USA. All other Dallas Baptist programs compete in Division II's Lone Star Conference. Skyhawk Baseball Field is a baseball venue in Martin, Tennessee, United States. It is home to the UT Martin Skyhawks baseball team of the Division I Ohio Valley Conference. Built in 1974, the venue was renovated in 2005 and 2008. In 2005, a deck viewing area located down the first base line was added. In 2008, seating areas were improved and a new scoreboard was added. The field also features stadium lighting. The Skyhawk Baseball/Softball Building sits adjacent to Skyhawk Park and includes offices and clubhouses for both programs.

The Cougars, led by twenty-ninth year head coach Sandy Montgomery, played their home games at Cougar Field on the SIUE campus as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).
Anthony W. Stewart was an American college basketball coach. His last position was as head coach of the UT Martin Skyhawks men's basketball team. Since Stewart joined the Skyhawks program as the associate head coach under Heath Schroyer in 2014, the team won 94 games, the most in a six-year period since they became part of Division I. Stewart was responsible of the team's three straight 20-win campaigns from 2014 to 2017, a first for the UT team. Also in that span, the Skyhawks won five postseason games and was the only Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) school to win at least one postseason game in each of the last three seasons. Stewart had gone on to coach over 15 professional players during his coaching career.

The 2021 Ohio Valley Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Ohio Valley Conference held from October 29 through November 7, 2021. The first round and quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites hosted by the #3 and #4 seeds, while the semifinals and final took place at Skyhawk Soccer Field in Martin, Tennessee. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of four rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The SIU Edwardsville Cougars were the defending champions and successfully defended their crown by defeating top seeded UT Martin in the final. The conference tournament title was the fourth for the SIU Edwardsville women's soccer program, all of which have come under head coach Derek Burton. As tournament champions, SIU Edwardsville earned the Ohio Valley's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

The Skyhawks, led by second-year head coach Ryan Ridder, played their home games at Skyhawk Arena in Martin, Tennessee as members of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 19–14, 10–8 in OVC play to finish in a tie for third place. As the No. 3 seed in the OVC tournament, they defeated SIU Edwardsville before losing Tennessee Tech in the semifinals.
